This place is a joke. I hope the postal service gets a rehaul or just shut down entirely. They do such a poor job with everything they do. What a disgrace these people have turned the postal industry into. Absolutely shameful.

This place is trash. They close your mailbox and dont even call you. If packages arrive that day you dont get them until the next day. If they arrive of friday late in the day you dont get them until Monday or even Tuesday. They are the worst!!!!! How hard is it to call someone if they are about to lose their mail? We all have our numbers on file. To hell withthis place and the lazy careless people who work there.

I don't understand why the staff and drivers have to be so rude and so lazy its a really small town things should be getting done right. Not notifying people if package will be late till the end oglf the day you should be notifying people early morning or around noon so they arnt waiting all day for something not to show up. Other people gotta get things done too so if you guys really want more bad reviews please continue with bad service a business should want to have good reviews and their customers happy mad customers equals bad reviews bad reviews equal bad business and if you staff is being rude to customers deal with that person where I work we don't tolerate customers or staff being rude to one another

The young lady who brings us mail needed to deliver a package to my home. Our gate was closed but has a sign asking deliverer to please put packages on the porch. My mail lady parked in front of fence and sign a literally DROPPED my package over the gate onto the muddy driveway , I know this to be true because we saw her do it.The box wasn't even put in a plastic bag which is what they do if it can't be under cover. Luckily our cardboard box was gotten before items inside were ruin. When confronted she just shrugged and drove off..

Usps takes forever and I never get my mail on time. Most of the time they lose it too. Theres only one employee thats actually helpful here is CJ...other than that they all suck at their job. I wish I had the option to boycott them. EVERYONE BOYCOTT USPS

Employees here are just awful. I was in line once, and one of the employees was surprisingly pleasant with the lady she was speaking with. Then, when it was my turn, her demeanor did a full 180. Her smile turned to a scowl, and she was short and behaved like I was invonveniencing her for picking up my mail. I have yet to have a good experience here. I try to be kind and courteous to everyone, but it gets real old real quick when they can't ever seem to meet you halfway.

Fighting delivery for way over 5 years now, hundreds of business deliveries messed up, they basically just don't care if your business can't get packages and go back to doing something else. Raised issues up to regional level, which wasn't able to make it any better. Selma is dynamite, go there.

Ok It's Veterans Day a Federal Day and I know that the Post Office is closed what I would like to know why the main door is locked. Shouldn't we as customers be aloud to walk in and get our mail. Cave Junction has changed their hours and locked the doors because of vandalism. They open on Sat but close them at noon. What happens to the people that work during the week and their mail is held hostage until they can pick it up on Sat? They have raised their prices for boxes so we have to pay, like me where I can't put a mail box up because I live in town. I have always supported the USPS but now I think about time just doing everything online.

The U.S.P.S. had very quick and thorough staff with reasonable prices on shipping. They are very organized and find even the smallest packages within a few seconds.
