Horrible. Damp, smelly, leaking water. My two sleeping bags are soaking wet. Employee running the place is verbally abusive and hostile. Snells like a dirty fish tackle bag in my unit. Been transferring my belongings to Cascade Self Storage in Grants Pass as fast as possible to save from further damage. I have to cover all my remaining belongings with tarps till I can get help moving the bigger stuff. The worst. I am sure I will get kicked out for posting the truth. Customer service is the worst. The guys is constantly coming up and being rude and verbally abusive unprompted. I wish he wouldn't talk to me period. And I will be out as soon as I possibly can. Literally rains in my unit. I find puddles whenever I enter. I will be taking photos. I clearly do not recommend. It's nasty.

Not very happy waited for months on a list had work called and she agreed to wait for me although I was later than I mentioned they rented the space to another person. I’m a business owner in this town and own my property If I ran my place like this I think I’d go out of business.. although a temporary storage solution for me to complete my restoration of my business the fool who answered the door was rude about it. I’ll gladly pay uhaul for storage pods they honor their word.

This place isn't a boat storage place, as I'm storing stuff there that isn't a boat. The service is the best part about this place. I can't remember the owners name but she goes above and beyond! The prices are the same as the other places in the area and the storage area is a storage area.

The manager (I'm sorry but I forgot her name) is awesome. She would send out a text reminder if i forgot to make my monthly payment. She even worked with me one month when I was late and didn't charge me a fee. The prices are good. Everything I would hope for in doing business with a local company!

These are the best folks I've ever rented from accross the country. It's a treat to do business with them. They are patient, responsive, considerate, and quick to alert you over anything out of the norm as they keep a very careful watch.
