I've been a loyal customer of the Cave Junction Oregon NAPA Store from the Grand Opening, for the past many years the Staff there has be Friendly, Courteous and Outgoing but now the Staff is like a bunch of locker room jocks with an attitude to match well NAPA Happy Customers are Return Customers and I am no longer Happy.

I was in the other day grabbing parts and my twin 2 year Olds were having a meltdown over wanting some monster trucks. The man helping me Don I believe is his name lost his temper with them almost immediately and screamed at my boys to be quiet. Which surprise did not help. He swore the whole time told me to leave my kids at home next time and had me in tears by the time i got to the door.. .. thankfully the one woman working helped me to my car with my items. To top it all off he sold me the wrong parts and overcharged me my husband had to go back twice to get everything sorted.

Don who helped me yelled at my twin 2 year olds for crying as i was trying to calm them down, cussed under his breath the entire process of "helping" me, told me to leave my kids at home next time and had me in tears by the time I got the door to leave. To top it all off he sold me the wrong parts and over charged me had to go back 2 more times to sort it.

These guys are amazing! Corey was extremely helpful! I am not from the area, we were habing an adventure. I had my 2 daughters with me when my battery died, and had an unfortunate experience trying to jump it with someone else who tried to help. We were stuck in the heat for hours waiting for roadside assistance, but when I called Corey to check and see if they had a new battery, he held one for me until I could get there. He went above and beyond and even installed it for me, so we could be on our way back home. It was a very long and hot day, but these guys really stepped up and helped to make our day better in the end! I didn't catch his name, but another guy gave my oldest daughter a hat and absolutely made her day! Hands down would recommend this place to anyone in the area! Thank you again Corey. Renewed faith in Humanity!

Driving up from San Diego to visit my brother. With me is my 82 year old father. None of us have seen each other in 7 or 8 years. The alternator on my 06 330i gave up on the grade and we were stranded without cell service. 100 plus degree heat. The tow driver from Jessie's was cool as hell. Easy going ride down the mountain. Beautiful day. The two gents working at Napa that day were infinitely helpful. Worked with us and had an excellent discussion on battery tendencies under duress. Highly knowledgeable, solution oriented, and got us enough out of a good battery to get us out to Grant's Pass where we could get an alternator. 5 stars. I've been working on cars for 30 years. I never had a parts shop literally turn in its entirety to solve a customer's problem.Go here and buy things.
