We've called several times to get them to come out and they never call back or show up. Other people in the area said the same thing and they gave up and went with someone else. So are we!! Horrible customer service.

I have had cavenet for a little over a year and I've never had an issue with it they've had down times of course what internet company doesn't but they've always been really communicative about it. On top of that they're not only an internet service I've been able to both receive and send packages through them as well and for a local company they do a great job for everything they can do. I think some people forget that not every time will be impeccable when it comes to service but they still do their very best. And definitely they were a lot more reliable compared to other companies and made sure they stuck with their price rather than changing it every pay period. And Monique has definitely been a very patient and respectful woman as well as being a good person in the community so I'm definitely not disappointed with the services I've had with them.

dropped off letter on Friday for postal express mail,and they (Monique Allen) held it for 5 days and post office didn't even receive until the following Weds, and receiver didn't receive for 10 days.

I have been having problems with internet speeds for almost 2 years and they have not come to fix it.They have made countless empty promises to repair the existing connection, as well as told me they would get me a new connection on their new tower, which they have said is “going up” for over 3 years.At this point they don’t respond to emails, phone calls, and I have since gotten a new provider.If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and sign up for starlink.

Always have a positive experience when dealing with Cavenet. They were our isp for 10+ years. Monique is always helpful. There were some delays for new installs a few years back, but they are a small team, with a lot of people wanting hi speed. Reading someone's elses review prompted me to write this one. Some customers are just negative by nature, and create negativity where ever they go.
