We've called several times to get them to come out and they never call back or show up. Other people in the area said the same thing and they gave up and went with someone else. So are we!! Horrible customer service.

dropped off letter on Friday for postal express mail,and they (Monique Allen) held it for 5 days and post office didn't even receive until the following Weds, and receiver didn't receive for 10 days.

Very helpful, the owners go out of their way to make sure you're happy. They're new upgrade to Internet is just awesome. Couldn't be more happy.
