This hotel has a lot to offer. It's pet friendly, warm free breakfast, big rooms. The staff here was amazing Kallie and Missy were very helpful and friendly. The only downfall to our stay is that we could never get comfy in the bed. Unfortunately old spring mattress beds. I still would recommend if the beds were updated......

Nice hotel with good amenities and friendly folks working there. Room was good, could use an update. Beds were very comfortable and even though we were by the elevators, we didn't hear it all night. The bathroom was small and got very steamy, making it more difficult to dry off and get dressed in the bathroom. Breakfast was the best. They buttered and baked English muffins. I like to eat small and that and the coffee was perfect. They had a lot of other things to eat that most hotels offer but the English muffins were different and yummy with zero effort and fast.

Easy access right off exit 99 below the rest area. I had a pet friendly room on the ground floor because the main hotel at the 7 feather resort had no pet room, busy weekend. The room had a microwave and fridge and new flooring. Room was clean, bed was tidy. Comp breakfast, swimming pool (spa was out of order) and staff was super friendly. Area for pet is all rocks, no grass or beauty bark except for across the parking lot where it says "No pets".

This hotel is top quality. Really great beds, service, cleanliness. The rooms are really quiet, even the rooms bordering the freeway. I've stayed at the Casino and my room at Creekside was more comfortable and spacious. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. The staff is top rate as well. So nice, helpful and friendly.Rooms: Clean, spacious and quiet.

Excellent staff I was impressed on how friendly everyone is. My room was immaculate, and their suites are huge. Right across the street from the casino. They also will shuttle you. Great breakfast in the morning.

My first hotel I’ve stayed in where the rooms are linoleum floors. The wall are paper thin, too. It caused a lot of sleeplessness for both of us. Other than that the staff were nice and accommodating. If your wanting be next to the casinos and not stay in the casino hotel this is your best bet.

I'm sorry I didn't take a picture. It's a lovely place, very clean. Traveling alone with my dog, I felt completely safe. There was a minor maintenance issue in my room that was attended to promptly and courteously. I highly recommend it. I heard the staff, talking to other guests, they were courteous and helpful. I'll make this a stop when I come through again.!

Stayed 2 nights to get away and play some games at the casino and relax. Super clean and secure, pet friendly hotel with adequate and well lit parking. The entrances were secure and clean and the staff were always helpful with calling shuttle rides to the nearby casino, Seven Feathers. The young man that was servicing the rooms was also very polite and friendly as were the rest of the staff members at the front desk. There was an inside pool and hot tub that I didn't get a chance to try out but it was amazingly quiet and looked like alot of fun. The hotel was within walking distance to well lit gas station that was open 24 hours and although the interstate was in view and close by, I never noticed any road noise from it. The room was EXCELLENT. Beds were so soft! Very nice. Thanks Creekside for a very cozy and relaxing place to chill and reboot❤

Room #100 was adequate. Plenty of tv channels. Fridge did not get very cold. Beds were a big disappointment because about 6" on both sides angled down so much I was concerned about falling onto the floor in my sleep. Very disappointed with management. Pet friendly was a nice plus. Breakfast was very minimal but better than nothing.Booked our room#101 on 1/14/23 for a 3 night stay beginning 3/3/23. Our only special request was for an adjoining room with friends we were there to see. We were verbally assured our adjoining rooms were all set. Upon arrival we were told no adjoining rooms were available. The manager said the guest, currently in "our" reserved room, had decided that morning to extend their stay. The manager explained the company policy is never to request a guest to change rooms for any reason. When I told him I wanted to speak with his supervisor about the policy, he told me management would not care what I had to say, nothing would ever be changed and no other outcome was possible. We were given a small discount on 2 of our 3 nights. We were very excited about spending most of our time visiting with one friend that was moving to Tennessee the following week. Playing card games and enjoying our playful dog was top of our list. We don't anticipate ever getting together again so this was a very special event for us all. While I don't agree with this policy, it should have been made clear sometime in the many weeks before our arrival. We would have made very different arrangements. The final blow was being told management had no interest in hearing from us.Don't expect Creekside Hotel to stand behind any commitments they make. Take your chances if you must. Just be aware of very poor management because they are not concerned with your feedback.

The king suite was amazing. The private hot tub/bathtub in the room was great, the bed was comfortable, location was prime. The only thing I wish could have been better, was the couch and the chair in the room. They were entirely uncomfortable. But other than that it was great.Rooms: The room were very niceNearby activities: Casino was within walking distance

Decided to find a place to sleep at night and this showed up by the roadside. With AAA membership, we got a bit discount. The front desk was really friendly and helpful at night. A tall young girl who helped us. The room is big and clean with everything you need. Pricewise, US is much better than Canada. Breakfast is also good, she is nice and passing everything you need to you so people don't touch the food and pollute it.Nice people, nice state, nice hotel. I miss my time in Oregon and this just adds more good memories here.
