Showed up at 4:55 brought my dog to the door she's excited, sign on the door says Open, try the knob and it's locked. Okay. Look inside and there's people shopping, someone being rung up, don't even have to ask before an employee yells;
"We're Closed!"
Well, you managed to hit the lock and miss the sign so you can see the confusion...
Will not recommend and I work in hospitality.

Went to the store with my new little dog to see if I could get her a raincoat before Fall. They had a poor selection of XS so I asked if they'd be getting more in. The man behind the counter was less than helpful and and sounded put out that I'd bothered him. He said he had no idea if they'd be getting more coats in. It was so ludicrous I almost laughed. I'll go to the other store in town from now on

Don't get me wrong I absolutely love this pet store (and so does my dog) but it honestly depends on who's working. Walked in with my mom and my dog because we saw something about a sale on dog ice cream and we were intrigued. The gentleman behind the counter just looked at us and didn't say a single word. Didn't think anything of it at first, just thought maybe he was giving us some time to look around. While we were browsing the treat section a costumer came in with their dog and he immediately greeted them as they walked in and offered their dog a treat. My mom and I were completely taken aback from the huge 180 in his costumer service. We felt so uncomfortable. We are Latina women and in that moment we felt discriminated against. The color of our skin shouldn't determine how you treat someone and their dog for that matter. As we were leaving another costumer walked in and he greeted them as well, also started to talk with them a little bit about the ice cream. Next time I stop by cannon beach I don't think I'll ever come back to this store. Did not feel welcome or safe.

The best pet store around! Pet snacks, packaged and bulk are on display at "nose" level. Great selection of pet beds and clothing!

I stopped in for a few dog treats. The staff was very nice and friendly. They loved my dog. My dog loved the treats.

At the end of the tourism strip, Fetch is a fun stop for all doggies. This quaint canine corner is stocked with all the normal necessities you might have forgotten at home when visiting the beach.The young gal seemed 'leashed' behind the counter when we were asking questions about their stock but a man who we assume to be the owner came out from back and helped us with our find.A new harness & yummy cookies to spoil our pup!

My daughter and I walked in Mon Sept 19th and there was only one customer but the sales girl never acknowledged us even after the customer left. I chalked it up to distraction? I bought cookies for my pup and my daughter had an arm load of clothing, leashes and accessories for her new puppy. I approached the counter and she still did not look up or acknowledge me, she just rang up the cookies and said the price. I handed her my cash and left my hand out for the change. She literally went around my hand and threw the change on the counter. The coins rolled across the counter and she ignored it. She did not even hand me my bag. I was so shocked that I just grabbed my bag and left. My daughter set her stuff down on the counter and walked out. We could not believe how rude she was. I am still not sure what her problem was but we wanted to make sure that someone, maybe the owner? knew how terrible we were treated for absolutely no reason. We did not bring in our puppies, we were not loud, we were just normal shoppers looking to spend money locally. There is another cute pet store a block away so we purchased new puppy stuff there instead. They WERE very friendly!

Yikes! I regret purchasing anything in this store! We were the only ones to walk in and be shopping in the store on Monday, September 19th. The younger girl at the counter didn't greet us, played on her phone, and didn't ask anything of us as we walked thru the store. I though, "gosh, she must be having a bad day". Well, I grab a few things and go to check out, again, nothing - not a "did you find everything ok?" Nada! I pay in cash and again all I hear from her was the total, then with my hand out to accept my change, she puts it in the counter and tosses it at me. WTH?!?!! Yeah, there are other stores in town that are friendly and WANT to sell things. Never will I shop at Fetch again! This small business clearly is rude, unwelcoming, and doesn't want customers if they are hiring people to run their store like this!

The sales person was busy on her phone the whole we were there! We asked questions but she wasn't paying attention to her customers that are in the store. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not worth my dime!
