“Refused to sell me a soda at 12:10 because they were closed. Close at midnight apparently, door was open and open sign was lit up.
Edit: how is the open sign being on and front door helping the employee to see? Obviously I don’t expect them to do the closing work in the dark. Closing the door and turning off the opening sign should be the first start of closing though, and the door should 100% be locked before counting the till so no the response did not clear things up, just came off as slightly condescending - however this store has great reviews so I’m guessing the ownership is kind, I’m simply recommending turning the OPEN light off and locking the door before counting the till as doing otherwise is an unsafe practice and misdirects potential customers.”
“We'd had a difficult first day of a month long trip. When we arrived at Bud's where we had a reservation for our class B rv the office staff was very friendly. We had to have an rv repairman come to our spot which they said was no problem. The next day the repairman had to come back. Then on top of the first issue I thought our refrigerator was going out. So the Bud's staff offered to let us put our food in their cooler. We did that.
The repairman finally fixed our rig and we realized our fridge was actually working so we were able to put the food back and head to our next destination.
Bud's staff is very pleasant and the restrooms are very clean. I highly recommend them.”
“Driving through Seaside for work, on the way home I needed a beverage...not caffeine or alcohol but not water or soda either. The selection of beverages was honestly overwhelming not in a bad way but nobody can come out of there without liking SOMETHING to drink. The section of snacks was not as plentiful but lots of chips, and yes lots of beer, wine, adult beverages. The cashier saw I was struggling to pick out a snack & mentioned a discount area. I found a perfect option, found a sugar free sports drink, a couple of candies, & some chocolate drizzled caramel corn for my Mom who only hugs me if I get her treats. The cashier was pleasant, smiling, let me walk the store without making me feel "stared at" or "watched", & the stop got better when I got outside. I went to pull out & their sign read, "Worst Part About Parallel Parking Is The Witnesses". Small Town charm, convenient shopping, good variety of goods, all fuel types available until 10pm even on Mondays!”
“These guys were super polite, right on top of taking care of the gas, cleanest station bathroom I've ever been in! Really appreciated it. Washed my windows too.”
“Love this place. Cannon Beach area shuts down pretty early, so it was nice to find this place, to grab some food the first time we came up this way. Now, every time we come up, we swing by, load up on drinks, snacks, and grab some pizza. Friendly peeps, well stocked, and has a fair amount of usual stuff like shirts, hats, etc for those that need something to remember their trip too!”
Open 24 hours

“My hotel at 100 dollars per night didn't have 4 quarters for laundry. What kind of hotel doesn't have 4 quarters. Shilo Inn by the way. I went to the Turnaround Store. Leanna helped me and was awesome, and as it happens, had 4 measly quarters. Great plane and great job Leanna! She deserves a raise. Very friendly and clean place with what you need. Highly recommend.”
“Thank you for having clean washer fluid and towels by the pumps!! When you're on the road the window has to be clean and most stations don't check the cleaning fluid anymore. Thank you for being on top of it!!”
“Nice store. The young gentleman at the register was very polite. Found just what I was looking for....RandM vape. Had small talk and after I said have a good day he said you have a great day. That was nice. Will go back anytime I pass by.”
“We forgot important medication for our pet while traveling to a funeral. The pharmacist was helpful and kind, offered suggestions to help us. Because of their kind and prompt care, we will use this pharmacy when we move to the area.”
