Zero stars. I really hate to share a bad review but the customer service i experienced at this place today was so horrible that I must! Bought 2 giant yard pong sets for $85 each and 1 min after transaction I realized how overpriced they were and I asked if I could get them both refunded. For no reason they wouldn't let me get my refund and they made as little as they possible could to care or hear me out. So frustrating and disappointing to experience such careless, shady and unreasonable customer service! This place is overpriced and lame - just like their staff!!

No stars given. Bought some expensive dog treats. My dog won't touch them and he eats everything. I tried the first one and he spit it out. Finally begrudgingly ate it. Tried another one and he turned his nose up. I even put peanut butter on it and it sat in his dish for a day. I tried to contact the company that makes them to no avail. So I contacted C&R Mercantile in Cannon Beach. I left a message with a male employee who stated the owner was out but would leave a message and she would call me back later that evening. I did not receive a call. I called the next day and left my information again (as well as the reason for my call like I did the first time) and she said the owner was at another store (there are 3 stores in Cannon Beach alone) and she would get her the message to call me back. I did not receive a call back. I called again and got a different female employee who stated the owner was out. I explained all of the above and she stated that the owner left a note indicating that she had called me back and there was no answer. I explained that I have no missed calls and no voicemail. The employee then explained to me that they don't offer refunds or exchanges on pet food. That would have been nice to know the first 2 calls I made. I again stated that the owner never called me back and she stated that she is very busy and that she owns 5 stores and that they are a big company. I explained to her that I am in Cannon Beach all of the time and purchased something from every store the last time I was there. BUT since I am just one little consumer and they are a big company I will refuse to visit any of their stores ever again and will NOT recommend any of their stores EVER. Just RUDE!

Best store! Great service amazing dog treats! Ernie loves going in every week! Love all the fashions and apparel along with their spa line. GREAT! A must stop!

Favorite shop in Cannon Beach! Stylish and unique clothing, cute fitting rooms, fun random gifts for everyone, even pets. Had a good time browsing thru everything. On the expensive end but worth it if you find the perfect item that is versatile and long lasting.

Had high hopes as window was cute. Customer service lacking. The clerks had no idea about product, stock or sizing. I found the selection not really great quality for the price.They had a cute boot, but the top fabric was recycled something, not waterproof and looked like it would last a day but pricy. Talk about no social distancing. Packed in like sardines but clerks yelling at people for no masks. Ironic. I found a really cute store, Ter Har's ( x the street and down a few on a corner) with really sweet clerks who knew the product lines. Great selection and pricing. Got an adorable down vest.

This is the best shop I've come across in Cannon Beach. Picked up stuff for me and a bunch of gifts. Great clothes and just generally fun stuff. I'm happy to see they have a website too, so I can order from home.
