Wayne and his staff are the most helpful and attentive people in the business, they have helped me save $$$ from our previous insurance company (allstate). But the best thing about country financial is that when I have a question or need anything I can call and talk to a real person who knows me by name and get straight to solving my issues instead of spending 20 minutes dealing with the most irritating robot customer service that other carriers have since gone too.

Poor customer service. I had a Scheduled phone appointment. Waited 30 min the day of the appointment to be called and never received a call. After about 45 minutes I reached out to the office to find out if Wayne Cooley is running behind schedule. They informed me that he is not in the office the next 2 days. I asked why they would schedule me on a day he is out? They were not sure how that happened.Since this is not the first it has happened, I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service and providing service to long time customers.Last year the same situation occurred. I had scheduled 2 separate appointments and both were cancelled by our agents office. Our agent never once reached out to try and remedy the situation. I didn’t even bother trying to schedule a 3rd time.

Never answers his phone, or calls back. Company dropped all my auto insurance and didnt even notify me. Worst insurance company ever and would never recommend them and I especially would stay away from Wayne Cooley.

Wayne and Jan are very personable and friendly people. They are extremely easy to work with and were able to answer all of my questions, assist me with all of my needs, and offered me additional advice and service without trying to "sell" me. They have a genuine care and concern for my family and me. I truly believe that I have the best quality coverage without the high cost. I will be sticking with them for a long long time!
