I signed up for their internet service in my new home and scheduled the install (kind of lame they don't have a self install). My install window was from 12pm to 4pm. I received an automated call saying the tech was on his way. Nobody ever showed up. I guess they blew off my appointment. I'd be understanding if they at least called and said, "hey, we ain't gonna be there." But I didn't get anything, not even a voicemail. The fact the automated call said they were on their way makes me even more dissatisfied with their service already.

Pretty pathetic branch rude on the phone yesterday which is ok some people have bad days but then they closed 2 hours early. I drove 45 minutes trying to get there early so I wouldn't be there right at closing but I guess it didn't matter anyway

Like many other reviewers I received the same horrible customer support and intermittent internet service outages with Astound. Only had their internet service for a week. I was a Wave broadband customer for 20 years and the service was good. Now that they are Astound the quality of service is unacceptable. Run away from this company. Get your internet service from Direct Link. 100x more reliable.

If possible, I would leave zero stars. I am a new customer that would like to establish business but before doing so require a repair to the main line to our home. The wire has been severed. A simple repair. But I have been waiting and calling for over 5 weeks, trying to get somebody out to do the repair. Each time I call the service number I get someone who is very helpful and is able to set up an appointment for me. However, each and every time I have waited through the four hour window, anticipating finally someone would come for the repair, but nobody does. So I called the office again, and I get another nice rep who tells me it was never set up as an appointment. Or that I need a different type of appointment. And now I’ve been told that my case has gone to the construction team, but I am unable to speak with them directly and need to wait for them to call me. And the wait could be 2 to 5 weeks. Really? I have been calling for at least that long. I just need a repair done so I can establish service. You would think this would be quick and simple. Unbelievable.

Our installer was great. Took time to go over things and explain the products. The lady working in the store front in Canby OR was also very helpful

At first I was loving it but I have been disconnecting about 5 times a day for 30 - 45 minutes at a time. I have a repair set up for tomorrow we will have to see if I am staying a customer or not.

techs are terrible! had a intermittent connection issue and they came out and made my service non-existent until another TWO techs showed up the next day and STILL couldn't get it to work. I ended up redoing everything they had done to get connectivity and it still drops every 15-20 min. They have a service issue, not a hardware issue, and they refuse to acknowledge it. DONT come back into my home when your issue is at the curb.

The installation guy was punctual and polite, but was not able to install the cable in the conduit provided. He was able to rig a temporary so we had internet -yay!Two other guys arrived 3 days later as expected to did the trench to lay new conduit. But they didn’t need to do that since they had a tool and/or the ability to install the line in the existing conduit. But they did not have the ability to connect the ends.So we are waiting for another guy to come to do the last step. This morning, an Astound van pulled to a neighbor’s house. It would have been efficient for them to take a few minutes and finish up our work also but evidently we were not in their schedule. So we are still waiting to hear when our install will be completed.But we do have service and it has been great since the initial installation five days ago

Without a doubt the worst company in the entire universe from a customer service standpoint. I'm 52 years old and have never written a review for anything, but felt compelled here. After dozens of hours on the phone simply trying to schedule adding phone service, they no showed 3 times on scheduled appointments. I would rather walk barefoot through a patch of poison ivy lit on fire while being stoned to death then have to deal with this poor excuse for a company. They do not care about you at all, and their management is the spawn of Satan. Stay far away, very far away.

Worst Internet company in the world I believe I’ve been calling all day and all they do is hang up on you when you click on the right department I tried different departments trying to get a different person possibly still hangs up on you. I spoke to the chat was useless. They said they could have a supervisor call me in two days. How convenient and I’m calling because my bill went up for the fifth time in one year. These people are shady, scandalous. And take advantage of people in Canby, because they only can have one Internet provider and I can’t leave and go somewhere else. I see them going under eventually with the way they do business

Moved to canby in June. Great upfront but onc3 its in your house. Good luck receiving help or talking to a person for atleast a week. So if you like being down for long periods this internet service provider is for you. Also there isn't much of a option in canby. Have fun with junk or junk

Horrible customer service, representatives that can't be understood and/or don't really understand you, website that is very not user friendly, and no direct email. There's also no help with your phone as far as what numbers do what for voicemail, caller id, etc. Do yourself a favor and pass on their service.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! Go anywhere else if possible. Was overcharged 3 months in a row for what they called data overages. Called and was told I was put on unlimited only to be over charged again the next month. Called back and the unlimited plan I was supposedly place on the month before didn't exist and instead of 55$ a month it's 75 now. 0 Stars Go anywhere else. Unfortunately it seems to be our only option in our area. F#@$

Worst service company. I had Wave Broadband since 2013. I even stuck with them for 10 years because I thought they were giving us a great deal. I started out paying 65$ for just internet, and now I was paying 106$!!?? I understand inflation but come one! And when Wave switched to Astound we somehow had even more “service interruptions” multiple times a day. To the point that when my infant son was trying to take a nap, and the white noise would stop playing because of the lack of internet, I was beyond annoyed. I never ever leave reviews. But I will say stay away from this company if you can help it. If you want RELIABLE internet go somewhere else!! I switched to Xfinity and I do not regret it! And guess what?? NO service interruptions with Xfinity, and the internet speed is 10x faster!
