I have been dropping off packages here daily for over 5 years. I have to say I love this place. The people who work here are so kind, friendly and helpful. Thank you Karen, Travis and everyone else for your smiling faces and warm greeting each day I visit. I've shipped thousands of packages and haven't lost one yet. I'm moving out of the area, but if you visit this place, just know you're interacting with some genuinely wonderful people.

I will never give postal employees a poor review. Their workplace has been gutted of necessary equipment and supplies by the current appointee in charge. If you aren't happy with the postal service look to Dejoy for the reason.

Usps is more than happy to take your money and agree to deliver your package, but when it's time to do the work it's "undeliverable" because it's too big.

How does this make any sense????Starts out in Hillsboro, Or. And then gose to three other states back to Hillsboro then to Canby where it should have stayed. Then to Madras, Oregon for pickup? Now it's processing to where? Who knows. I have lived at the same address for 19+ years and my mail is constantly going to other house owners. We only have 41 residents here with a locked mailbox system in one place. What is the problem? Many of the residents here experience the same problem. Please try to remedy this issue.

Constantly mixes up my address with an address on Starlight Ct. Sent a notice that a package had arrived at my residence that was left in the mailbox. I was sitting at my desk as the mail truck drove away - when I went out to the mail box - no package. Impossible to contact USPS.

If you would like to experience trained personnel from this office called mailpersons, demonstrating their "feelings" about the USPS re-defining your name on a regular basis and calling it "respectful", give this branch of USPS your business! For example, do you call your customer "Jane", "Jane" all of the time? If she tells you numerous time her name is Delicious and it says so on her drivers license and you keep insisting her name is Jane and always call her that even when she keeps telling you over and over that her name is Delicious and she expressively wants you to call her by her legal name, is that respectful? Can you imagine that same kind of respect bestowed upon you? Can you imagine a mailperson constantly putting mail addressed to some other person whose first legal name could be "Current" in your mailbox and explaining that you are not following the Federal law by making a choice to never open or accept any mail that is not addressed to your legal name, the apartment dwelling unit customer? Perhaps some help defining logic is needed. This post office deploys mailpersons who exhibit this training on a regular basis and even deploy techniques such as "mailbox closure" of apartment customers who are only trying to do the correct thing and follow the Federal law by not accepting ANY mail addressed to this person who could have a first name of "Current". You see, mail addressed to someone else, will fill your mailbox to a point where it could overflow. This will now allow for the attempt on accurate rationalizing of the return of paid for mail, sent to a legal customer, through that action of closing the customers mailbox. I guess that is why we always make sure to let people know to use FedEx for their shipping needs, to save the company paying for the mail to be sent money from return postage charges. It appears to be because of the USPS's choice, to not validate a customers legal right to not accept any mail delivered without their legal name on it. The fact that some apartment complex renters have to pay to recycle material that has the potential legal name of someone else on it, while being expected to just accept and not to verify if it is "not a legal name" but rather just "assumed to not be a legal name", seems to be a consistent business tactic that is used. It appears as if the idea of assuming that one other human, called a United States citizen, has a legal first name of "Current" could most definitely offend the mother or father who chooses that name for their child, but is outlandish to some business apparently. Some may view that as paying for another companies waste material. Just remember not to do anything but follow Federal law and don't open or accept any USPS mail that does not have your legal name on it!

I’m not even exaggerating when I say they FOLD AND CRAM my mail into my PO Box! Important documents and bills are always wrinkled and messed up. Please for the love of god don’t be so aggressive to peoples mail. Idc if you hate your job. It’s not an excuse to ruin mail. Do better!

It was very busy and I was with my 92-year-old dad needing to get a notary public and some forms faxed. Everyone was helpful especially Damien! A young African-American, I think that was his name … He took the time to come out and help me get my dad with the wheelchair over the curb, he observed I was having a hard time… Kudos to Damien and everyone that helped us!!

I have been snowbirding it in Arizona for the last two years and have gone online as USPS has recommended to forwarding of your mail and they continually mess it up. I get most mail forwarded for the first two months and then magically I don't get any mail forwarded. Then when I call to talk to the Post Master they are gone for the afternoon at 3:00 pm. I was assured that this will be taken care of. The problem as they explained was that there was a new delivery person. Not to worry again as this will be taken care of. I can only hope they are right. Didn't get any christmas cards or any pertinent mail that may impact my standing with my credit ratings.
