SOS helped me out with some duplicate keys for my KTM Super Adventure. I only had one key and could not get duplicates from any dealer or other locksmith without the special 'orange key' and keycard that came with the bike originally. SOS was able to create several duplicates for me that function perfectly at a fraction of what it would cost otherwise, and they could even have helped me if I lost all my keys. Great service and value. Highly recommend.

Today was the first time that my business used their services on our Audi client. The expert tech had our issues sorted in a short manner. We will definitely be utilizing their services in the very near future and I would Highly recommend them to anyone that needs special Audi/VW OEM Programming.

Chad and the SOS team are simply the best. I visited 7 locksmith shops in Chicago area, and nobody, not a single one could cut a blank Ducati key based on an original (I had both). I was close to giving up, but as a last resort, I searched motorcycle forums and somebody mentioned SOS. I had zero hopes when I reached out, and I could not believe when SOS confirmed that they indeed can cut a key based on a photo. Week later, I have a working key! SOS was quick, professional, reasonably priced and pleasant to deal with. You should be teaching others. Simply the best!

Needed my new car key FOB that I bought online programmed. They were reasonably priced, a super friendly dude helped me out, and it was done much quicker than I thought it would. I figured I would have a smoke while I waited and before I even got halfway through my cigarette I hear him holler "All set!". Very pleased with the service, friendliness and knowledge of whomever helped me (sorry I didn't catch his name).

The guys charged me well over 200 and the keys only worked in my ignition for my 2003 vw tdi. Had to take my keys over to east portland locksmith and they recut the keys sos locksmith cut. I wish I would have paid via card so I could do a chargeback. When I called, they wanted me to drive out to canby from portland to "look at it". What a scam. Note, business owner is claiming I went into their shop, which I didn't, they came to me. Also, They cut a new key, which they provided and it only worked on the driver door/ignition but not the glove box or hatch lock. Also, the owner doesn't understand what a chargeback is/can be used for. A chargeback is totally legal and within your right to use when a product is defective and not what you paid for...which is exactly what happened to me. Take your business else wear.

Key broke off inside the ignition cylinder on Volvo VNL semi truck. They were able to come out to my truck within 30 min and pull out broken piece and cut a new key cut. Fair price for services provided.

OMG! In a world where customer service is all but gone in favor of chat bots or unending phone loops, SOS lock service stands out alone. The service I received was far above and beyond! The gal that takes the orders and deals with lock out emergencies made sure we got the best service for our situation. We lost the key fob for our electric hybrid car and they were able to resolve the situation immediately. I would recommend this business to anyone needing key or lock service. Thank you!

I don't know how to thank SOS Diagnostics. I have a 2002 Mazda Miata in beautiful condition with 27,000 miles. I was on the verge of junking it. I have been unable to use it for 2 years. My mechanic diagnosed it as a bad immobilizer and with a bad immobilizer the car will not start. 2001& 2002 Miata immobilizers are No Longer Made and there are no knock-offs even in China. I spent hundreds of hours researching this issue and going to and talking to mechanics with no options. The dealer was no help. A junk immobilizer would not be compatible (programmed) to work with the other components in my car. I actually considered buying junk parts and replacing not only the immobilizer but also keys, ignition, ECM...all from a same junk car but my problem was none of these parts would match my car's VIN# which is illegal in my State. I then happened on SOS Diagnostics on a chat. They were so accommodating and simply advised what I should do. At their direction, I sent the parts they needed from my car along with a junk immobilizer I purchased on eBay along with proof of car ownership. Within approximately 2 weeks I received my parts back all programmed to match each other. Was I concerned about sending my car parts including my keys to an unknown company across the country from me? Absolutely, but SOS was GREAT and their pricing was very reasonable. For the first time in 2 years I will be driving my sports car this summer. Thank you SOS Diagnostics!! Without them I truly might have junked this beautiful car.
