My son had a banking mishap and had to cash his paychecks here for a couple of months. On more than one occasion, he was told they didn't have enough to cover his check and, not knowing any better, he took what they would give him. When I called to enquire about this, they not only could not have cared less, they didn't bother looking into it, and flat out accused my son of pocketing his own money, which makes absolutely no sense. Aside from that, their prices seem to get higher every week, their fruit always has at least a little mold on it, and I rarely get a pickup order from them without having to go back to the store for the items they forgot. So, except for the bad quality, bad service, and not getting anywhere near what I pay for, this store is great. I wish there was a lower number than 1.

I go to Safeway every morning for a breakfast burrito, this is the only one that has refused to make me one after 11am. Hardly any food choices and horrible service

I was closing my Dairy Queen store and was in need of some emergency storage of my ice cream products. The manager said he would be happy to help me out. It took longer to find a permanent solution than expected but they had no problem storing them for me. I really appreciate the neighborly help. Good going !!!

Have had mixed reviews about shopping here but will NEVER again order pick up.This is the second pickup order I have handled here and both times substitutions either weren’t even attempted or the substitutions offered were almost twice the amount of the original item.Please, for the love of GOD, do not feel entitled to spend the customers money like you don’t know the value of a dollar. Clearer communication and comparable options are needed in these transactions. Not assumptions that I wouldn’t want an option within the same price range!!Please do better for your future customers and don’t let the almighty dollar persuade you to rip off customers. Thank you.Side note: the attendant that brought it out was excellent. And I do appreciate all of the items that were picked up for me that I ordered. So two stars.
