We have been taking our pups here for over a two years now and the staff and Dr are always so nice. Never feel rushed and always answers all the questions we may have regarding our pups. I would highly recommend if anyone is looking for a vet to try them out.

I recently visited the veterinarian office, and I was truly impressed by the kindness of the staff. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and made my cat feel at ease. The veterinarians and technicians were not only highly skilled but also showed genuine care and compassion towards my furry friend. I would highly recommend this veterinary office to anyone in need of professional and compassionate pet care.

Dr. Gartrell and her wonderful staff have provided outstanding, loving care for our pets for years. First with Pepper and now with Scooter, both Havanese. They are so attentive to specific needs and are always ready to provide immediate care. We left a message at 8am this morning, received a call back at 8:30am and had him in before 9am!! This morning he wasn't putting any weight on his left rear paw. He was examined and treated. By 4:30 this afternoon he wanted to go for a walk! Following Dr. Gartrell's instructions, we'll be soaking his paw and keep him resting as much as possible. We love the care and compassion they exude. I take my dog in the groomer, Rose.Rose is the best groomer within 100 miles of West Linn. She is experienced & talented in her profession.And the most important review is that my dog loves her. She takes one client at a time so she focuses on who she has on her table.Spending quality time with each and every dog.

My kittens had an emergency and they were the only vet out of the 20-30 places (including emergency vets) I called that would take them in. Very friendly and answered all my questions as a new furry baby parent ?

I was very disappointed that after having such a great experience things went south with having to put my daughters two rats down. I paid the like 120.00 for cremation and asked for the remains to be returned and paid extra for the Paw prints. These two boys were my daughters babies and she really wanted their ashes. They said they would call when paw print and ashes got back and after hearing nothing daughter called and was told they were in we could pick up today. Got there

I had to bring my kitty to a vet for the first time in her almost 13 years. She is an inside cat and has been our only cat and had never had health issues. From the time I called and was assured that while I couldn't go in with her due to COVID-19, but they would take good care of her, to the welcome in the parking lot, to the veterinarian coming out and talking to me, I felt well taken care of and that care and compassion was being provided to my kitty. I didn't have a carrier and they even had us stop by the day before and provided one for us. I can't say enough about the care that was shown to me. I would highly recommend them and can't thank them enough!!!!

The Dr.s and nurses were amazing taking care of my cat shadow! They truly care about all animals. They also gave me reasonable prices for care. I'm very happy with their professionalism, compassion, and also their safety measures in place during the covid pandemic.
