Our experience with McLaren's was top notch. Tim and the staff at McLaren's were always helpful and accurate with information and scheduling. Jeff Boen and his crew were above and beyond what I would normally expect from an installation crew. Our installation required moving lots of furniture around and they were so careful with that. The installation itself went very smoothly down to the last piece of trim. We couldn't be happier with our new floor. Thanks McLaren's.

The showroom had so many options to choose from and Jody was most helpful with her professional advice on flooring options and color schemes. The Installers were very professional & proficient. The end result is amazing and we are so happy with our up-graded flooring.

Well here is my horror story with McLaren's carpet in Canby. To bad I didn't see the bad reviews before I went there. I too would give them a negative star. I was having my kitchen redone. Long story. But here is the quick version. I bought all my materials from McLaren's. when another contractor began to start grouting, 1. there was not enough grout to even finish the job.2. It was old used grout.3. this is the best part, It was grout used for another job, I'm thinking they were to have given me a new gallon but didn't, so I got another jobs leftover grout, it was a third of a gallon and they STILL charged me 90 dollars. the grout was even to big for my tile size. It was gritty, old, and very difficult to work with. When I called the store, Steve had just walked in and would not even come to the phone, much less give me my money back. It does say materials not refunded and they wanted to give me a new gallon of grout but at this point I was so done with this company. My contractor used his grout which was awesome. With Covid going on, I try really hard to shop with local businesses. But I'm wondering if these folks jack up the fees and over bid jobs because they can? And they should know their products and stand by their products. Anyway I was so very disappointed and will never use this company again for anything.

Great customer service. Flooring product was back ordered by nearly 4 months. Steve called us several times with updates. The guy that did the install was excellent. Would definitely use McLarens again. Great to be able to support a local business.

McLaren's Carpet One was great to work with through the entire process. Loved that we were able to take samples home for a couple of days and see it in our kitchen. We are very happy with our purchase and the install.

I have used McLarens Carpet One for several projects in our home. They have replaced the flooring in our home, replaced all of our counter tops, and we ordered window coverings for all of our home from them. They have been wonderful to work with and the quality of their work is the very best!

Steve and Jody were very helpful from the day we came in. Helped me pick out the right flooring for us, and even delivered it to my living room while I was at work, which I learned is not something they typically do. I would go back to them again if I need any flooring!
