Had my 2006 6.0 Bullet proofed. The shop did a fantastic job my truck is stronger than ever and runs very good. I appreciate that they listened to my concerns and addressed them as they got to them. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a shop that is willing to work with you and do Quality Work!

Their slogan is not true at all especially when I have to fix their stupid mess ups. I had an engine built for my 2006 f350 and was told all parts were check, replaced and guaranteed on the engine. Within a week my exhaust backflow sensor went out (was not new or in good condition) then my oil pressure sensor broke off because it was so brittle and spewed oil all over my engine which in turn shorted out my alternator. Along with the issues to my engine they were also supposed to fix anything in the engine compartment that was broken or not connected. The AC was not fixed all my vacuum lines were disconnected so my vents would not change and my auto 4x4 would not kick in. Add on to all of this when I would call it ALWAYS went to voicemail. It did not matter what day or time I called. Then I would get a reply 3-5 days later sometimes longer.
So in conclusion I spent an entire summer fixing all of their incompetence instead of enjoying my summer. I wouldn't even take a lawnmower there to be worked on.

I brought my truck in with what I thought was a serious issue. I explained the truck symptoms and was told the truck wouldn’t be looked at for a week or so. Perfectly fine. By my surprise, I was called 2 days later, saying they found the issue, as it was a loose ground wire going from the cab to the frame. The truck runs amazing now with no check engine lights, all the gauges and stereo work as they should. I will be back!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Ron, Colby, and team worked very hard to get me and my family back on the road. We were travelling through pulling our RV when our truck broke down. I called around everywhere and no other shops/dealers were even able to look at our truck for several weeks. I called Jerry's and they jumped right on diagnosing the problem and finding the only part (I think in the USA) available. Everyone else the part was out for 3-4 weeks out!! Ron had the part overnighted but the part got lost in transit (awesome right)....he worked very hard to track the part down and was able to get us fixed up and back on the road. I would highly recommend Jerry's Auto & Diesel because they are very knowledgeable, honest, and won't take advantage of the "out of towner" and price gouge. Thank you, we really appreciate your service you provided!

They were able to get our old Ford up and running for our son. It’s got a mind of it’s own and today we couldn’t get it to start without the screwdriver to the solenoid truck and I had to call again. Low and behold I had my son back on the road 2 minutes later. Thank you!
