I came into this shop with wifi connectivity issues on my laptop. Jim took a look and quickly found and fixed the issue for me free of charge. All of my computer repairs will be done at this shop from now on!

Don’t go here the guy will talk politics to you. Tell you how he’s a free mason and they’re protecting the universe. Also when you come to pick up your computer he started asking you what’s on your computer. The 4th amendment says I have the right to privacy, no exceptions for Pc repair men. Also he will start to tell you that you need to show proof it’s yours, he’ll only say this after you’ve dropped off your computer not before hand. Very sketchy business. I like to give small businesses work instead of corporations. But next time I need my computer repair I won’t be going to this guy

Son built his first PC and it needed some help. We took it to Computers Made Ez and we are so happy we did.
The build received two bad power supplies right out of the gate, bad luck on our end. Once we brought in one that didn't have issues, we were in business!
He took apart the whole build and even stayed very late so that my son had his PC before Christmas. I cannot recall the last time someone gave such great customer service. Personable, professional, honest, great work.
Thank you for everything you have done for us! Can't tell you enough.

We had run into some identity theft problems and wanted to have our computer wiped. Jim not only took the time to get to know our concerns, but also offered to let us bring our router in, log into it with our newly-repaired computer, and help us change passwords before taking it home to our home or connecting any of our other existing devices to it. Oh, and while he was helping me with this he also gave my daughter some snacks and showed us an entertaining video while we waited. Jim truly embodies what most people pay lip service to as "great customer service." Excellent repair-time, reasonably priced and great conversation in the meantime. I literally cannot rate this any higher than 5 stars, or I would. Thank you, sir, for the respect and time you gave to me and my family. It means more than you know.
