“I have custom-made privacy glass in both my stairwell and master bathroom. When I bought my house there was a window broken that the previous homeowner promised to fix, which he never did. I spent months contacting various glass companies and showing pictures of what I had and they had nothing that matched. After 6 years of staring at this broken window and getting annoyed, I finally found a company that could take two separate panels of glass to create the custom pattern.Glass doctors not only were able to create this custom pattern, but they also came in at half the price. Instead of removing the entire window and frame, they just cut out the broken glass sheets and put in two new pieces of fluted glass. The repairman was in and out in less than an hour.The office personnel were quick to respond and even sent out a handwritten note thanking us for considering them for the job. I highly recommend this company! They were professional, great with communication, and even when the manufacturer had sent the wrong panels they were quick to get it finished before our holiday party.”

“Very impressive. We worked with Missy and Eliu to not only replace the windshield but to clean up a previously placed, poorly installed windshield that was creating a horrible wind noise. They both worked to solve the problem quickly and to install a new windshield and have the vehicle ready to pick up by the end of the day. Both were extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
