Called them about my dog having a emergency during puppy delivery. Dr Dax was in surgery but they called Dr Dod who was off that day. He met us at the clinic and delivered the pups safe and sound. I am so grateful to this clinic. If they hadn't been able to have me come in, I am sure I would have lost at least one pup or even the mom and all the puppies.

Always an excellent experience. Everyone is very knowledgeable and truly care about our furbabies. We love ❤️ all that is Birch Street! We always recommend the clinic. We are about to introduce a new furbabie to the staff. We've have been fortunate enough to to have had 4 and now a 5th pet cared for by the great staff that this really great veterinary clinic!

I will continue to take all my furry friends and loves to Birch Street and them alone.
Every issue or concern over the past 20 years they have addressed with kindness, compassion (for us both), punctual, courteous and informational. Each situation from immunizations, Neutering, Teeth cleaning, Surgery all were done here and they kept me informed as each went on.
If you are looking for a veterinarian clinic for your family, look no further this is it.
Another great point, they are affordable!

Birch Street Animal Clinic is by far the best veterinarian I have ever had. Both doctors and the entire staff are deeply invested in every animal they care for. They have always been just a call away if I have any questions or concerns. The entire team there is just awesome!

Had an emergency, two dogs already died and the third dog was dying and getting off work was more important to them right at close than saving the animals life. Super unfortunate to see that a “vet” is meant to help and won’t when it’s an emergency because it’s too close to closing time. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR EMERGENCYS THEY WILL TURN YOU AWAY AT THE DOOR WHEN YOU ALREADY HAVE TWO DEAD DOGS AND ONE BARELY HANGING ON BECAUSE THEY ARE ABOUT TO CLOSE. Pathetic

If you need immediate assistance don't call them. We had a dog in need of help was told by to bring the dog in but made it sound like an inconvenience because they were closing soon. Sorry a dogs life is at stake and your more worried about getting off work. Pathetic excuse of a man. I wont say his name he's a tech there not the vet. Got the dog there and he said can't help waste of precise time.

The staff at Birch Street have really impressed me with both the quality of care my animals receive and their attention to detail and prompt follow-up on things like reporting lab results and returning calls. The staff is very efficient and friendly, and their care and compassion for the animals they serve is very apparent. They really go out of their way to make sure that even very nervous and fearful pets are as comfortable as possible with the whole exam and treatment process. Definitely a five-star recommendation from me!

Wonderful veterinary clinic. Everything about Birch St. is excellent. The staff are friendly and efficient and the doctor was amazingly patient and gentle with my extremely upset cat. A different clinic charged me over $100 to do absolutely nothing because my cat was so upset so a friend recommended Birch St. Dr. Jarrett took great care to make my cat feel comfortable before giving him his vaccinations.
