Very happy with this location! I came in here looking to start a small project of adding a drain to my ice chest and was looking for parts. The staff was extremely helpful, I have to say I'm impressed with their willingness to make an effort. Something you rarely see nowadays. They even let me come in and use their drill to install the drain in my ice chest. Very happy with my experience and I'll be stopping here again!

Needed rope and propane, got rope and propane.
When we asked for hemp rope the guy got weirdly flustered but otherwise was helpful and polite.

I went in on 05/27/24 day to let the customer service. KNOW that I had some concerns with some grass that I bought, I was supposed to instantly grow in the hot spots in our yard. That I had a warranty if it didn't work to bring it back. It was an Ace product
Lacy told me that we won't give you a refund because it's been opened. Didn't care to hear anything? I had to say I probably will not come back. It was a very bad experience.

Andrew was a superstar helping me today. I had about five minutes to get the product I was looking for and not be late for my appointment. Andrew stopped what he was doing, took me right to it and I was out the door in four minutes! It couldn’t have been more perfect. I know all of the staff members are amazing, but Andrew is my go-to guy! Thank you so much!!
