Went in at 0230 to get coffee for work crew ?the woman working named Kristy was totally rude. She actually snatched the coffee pot from my hands and took it over to the other side as she said she’s still making coffee. So I had to go to the other side to fill up 3 more cups. Asked her if I was in her way and she snapped at me stating that I was in fact in her way. This is by far the rudest employee of any 7 11 I have ever encountered. Will not patronize this location while she is working. This person is totally unacceptable for customer service I give this visit a rating of barely a 1

Very rude employee. Went to pick up and waited in line with another customer in front of me as another customer came in. I told her I was here for a pick up and she told me very rudely to wait while she helped the other customer out. I was there 15 minutes waiting while other people were coming in and she just ignored me.

Blonde lady that works here has an attitude for no reason. She has no customer service skills & will not help you what so ever. She gave attitude to the 3 customers ahead of me. If u hate your job this much don't work here lol.

Normally I come here every day before work to kill a little time and I also spend a lot of money buying smokes and black and milds daily. But today I was told to leave. I guess I won’t be coming here to spend money or kill time anymore. The night shift employees are cool the day shift ones are the ones with an issue apparently. I’m sure glad I hadn’t bought a new pack of smokes yet because I was about to. I went over to VP instead, 1$ cheaper too! Screw this 711.

When I go in there at night there is a blonde lady who gives terrible service. My friends stopped going because she always rude and refusing to help. We ask if something is hot she has an attitude and says no and acts as if she can't be bothered. I heard her tell someone he needs to move because he couldn't find his card fast enough. You can't ask a simple question without getting a unprofessional response. Definitely don't recommend going in there. They have completely lost my support. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't work there.

Lady wouldn’t sell me my nicotine , even after presenting two valid, legal forms of identification , told me I was 86’d . I’m not usually quick to judge but who let this unprofessional rugrat, with facial piercings front a business like this . Embarrassing .
