Vickie (contractor) has run this branch for a number of years, prior was Beverly who was also service minded Post Master. Every time I've interacted with ether Vickie or her predecessor both has been helpful and done everything within her means to resolve delivery issues or help manage a customers expectations with education of USPS policies.Before you leave a negative review, for a missing package consider checking the tracking information and see if the Winston, Oregon Post Office is the root cause of your problem.

There is a gal named Vickie that works there and I believe she either holds the mail, keeps it if she likes what it is, or just doesn't send it out.. for example I send out mail to some family (they live in Utah was bday gifts) in January they didn't receive it, I asked Vickie about it in February then 2 days after asking her some of what I sent out was "returned" to me I'm a plastic bag without my address on it. She claimed the mail truck was in an accident; now if that was true and the package that I sent out with my address on it was destroyed how did anyone know where it came from and who to return it to?? I believe she held it and kept it until I said something.. I also believe she kept my mother's bday gift.. I don't have positive proof but I just believe that, that is what happening.

The post office has a limited hours it's not like the one you would visit like in Winston I believe they're only open till about noon or 1
