I am so tired of having my senior father come back from this store having been manipulated by the workers into thinking he’s getting a “deal” and ending up with a bunch of extra charges. Our overall account balance would be nearly $100/month cheaper if he hadn’t be sold these “deals” each time he goes in. Every time he goes in for something as simple as an insurance claim, he’s being sold all these “great deals” that will “lower our overall bill” while setting him up with plans we don’t need, extras that aren’t needed, more expensive plans that he’s contracted into for getting this “deal” on a newer phone. I’m tired of feeling that I have to go in with him to make sure that these workers aren’t charging him for things he doesn’t actually need.

Jose went over and beyond today with my dad and I. We couldn’t have done it without his help. Very patient . We were there for about two hours. Can’t express our gratitude!!

Matthew was such a huge help, went above and beyond for us getting us the best deals. Was patient with all our questions and made us feel comfortable as we were purchasing many products that we were new to and showed us how to use them. Thanks again Matthew for all your help.

Gavin provided A good and complete explanation of possible options, possible upgrades, and current plans that I have. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and I always felt as though I was not being rushed to make decisions. Overall, it was a great experience at the store.

I took my 90 year old mom to the Verizon store in Brookings-Harbor last week to get her some new equipment for safety reasons. Gavin worked with us for just over 2 hours. He was patient, answered or found answers to ALL of our questions, transferred all Mom's information to her new devices and set them up the way she liked them. The store manager actually ran out to get a piece of equipment for us! Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Thank you Gavin!

Gavin was an amazing help for me getting my new phone. They didn't have a case for my phone specifically but that was more of a blunder on my part because I never bothered asking.
