“We were visiting the Brookings area when our Labrador became suddenly ill and died at a nearby vet clinic. As we weren't still in town when her cremated remains came back, I contacted Nanette at Boardwalk Mail Services for help. She was awesome! She took time from her day to personally retrieve the remains from the vet, pack them extremely carefully, and send them to our home in AZ. She was very professional, compassionate, and helpful. Our dog was a hero - a working disaster search dog, that spent her life training to save lives - and she deserved a hero's farewell. Nanette gave her and us that closure. This is customer service at it's finest, and I can tell from my interaction with her, that this is also her normal way of doing business. So I highly recommend Boardwalk Mail Services. Thank you!”
