“A gem in brookings for sure. No issues. Clean. John is professional, kind and made us feel at home. Online payments thru the website make it a breeze.I lnsurance is optional add on. Since we were there they resealed the roof and had no problems. Easy in and out access. Small or large units. They are cool about storing vehicles inside as well. Smooth to leave also.”

“This is hands down, best darn storage place I have ever used and I have used a lot of them!! First off the manager that runs the place was the most helpful and patient person. He was busy with two customers ahead of me and helped me with questions while the other two were filling out paperwork, that is real customer service and that is so rare these days. The storage units are fantastic. I rented a 10x20 and a 10x25 and both were in excellent condition no dings in the walls floor was spotless and not a single sign of moisture any where. Even when I closed the vinyl roll up door no light showed any where around the doors, they seal up tight. I have the units almost filled and it’s been raining hard for three days and not a drop of water in either one of them. If you need storage ask for Mark he is ready to help.”
