Really good experience. Got me exactly what I needed for my car. The subwoofer hits hard. He installed the sub and the amp in like 3 hours I think. It's been about 9 months since I've had it and it's holding up perfectly. Great customer service and an expert in what he does.

Stopped in to get a price for Window tinting. His wife wasn't there (the window tinter) he told us to come back thursday Afternoon. Showed up thursday afternoon, his wife wasn't there. He took photos to show her what it was, said she would call us that afternoon. A week later, still haven't heard from her...We'll go to crescent city.

The owner/operator of Pacific Coast audio has provided superb service. I was mandated by the court to have an intoxalock device installed. Every interaction with his service was impeccable. However, the company that he contracts with is less than stellar.I give Pacific Coast Audio 5/5 stars.Intoxalot gets 3/5.Thanks for your kind, considerate, informative and prompt service Pacific Coast Audio.

I brought in my own radio and speaker. Needed then hooked up is all. I ended up buying new speakers that don't play on a radio that work because of wiring issue. I explained I don't don't have I phone I use android. I still can't nothing too Bluetooth to my phone, speakers or anything. I have no music what so ever and paid 250.00 for nothing. I have gone back and he says I need a extention wire. Why didn't he install it when I paid him to do it? I'm not one to complain and the man is very nice but I still have no music and am upset that I throw money to someone who won't do the job correctly. Oh well. I will not go back or recommend his work. I have 3 stars because gave him 3 chances to fix it and he failed.

Came through town and the gentleman was very knowledgeable and above all honest. Knowing I wouldn't be here to get something shipped he didn't try to sell me the wrong speaker and send me on my way. He told me what I was going to need and filled me in on a lot of information knowing that he will probably never make a dollar off of me. Highly recommended
