“Suiter's was absolutely amazing to me and I am very, very grateful for their help. I got in a small fender bender a while back and had finally stopped by today to see about making an appointment for them to look at my bumper and possibly fix it. They were actually able to just fix it right there for me and have me on my way in less than 10 minutes. The fact that they just took care of it instead of scheduling me out (which I was prepared for and more than happy to do) was a very pleasant shock, especially with how busy things can be on the coast. I also appreciated how kind and knowledgeable they were as they answered some of my other questions as well. I would highly recommend stopping by to see how they can help you.Please keep in mind, I had a very, very minor issue and it was likely sheer luck they were able to take care of it right then and there, but it is completely worth stopping in and talking to them. I have had some pretty awful shop experiences on the south coast, but Suiter's was amazing, kind and happy to help.Also, it is easiest to get there from Center (the 4-way stop), not Wharf.Service: Body & Trim”

“It's refreshing when you get quality customer service, seems to be a rare commodity these days. Radiantz makes awesome products, which you can get from a myriad of places. But this company stands by their products 100% (and then some). I emailed the company last Wednesday afternoon that I had a minor issue with one of the led turn signals installed on my bike. I explained the problem, sent pictures, etc. I got a one line email back from them pretty much immediately: "We will send out a replacement for you." There were no questions, nothing else needed, didn't ask when it was purchased..nothing, that was it. Here it is Monday, a mere 3 business days later and a replacement was in my mailbox from the complete other side of the country, no charge, nothing needed to send back. I'll be purchasing more from this company, I'll be passing along my experience to as many people as I can, thanks for being great.”
