I had my debit card shipped to the KeyBank here so that I could pick it up because we were in the process of moving. I was told it was ready to pick up today and I had my three-year-old autistic son with me, and I called and spoke to Steve explaining to him that it would be easier if I picked it up through the drive-through teller, but he said that he would need me to come inside Because I need to show ID. As I was getting out of the cardigan side with my son, he met me in the parking lot With my debit card. I showed him my ID and was on my way. Like I said, something so simple makes a huge difference in peoples lives. You saved me time and stress. Like I said, my son is autistic, and it is a gamble whether he would be happy to be inside the building or not. Thank you Steve! There are great people out there.”

“I'm so glad to have an OnPoint right here in Fred Meyer. I've been a member of Portland Teachers since 1983 when I started working for the School District (wow, long time.) You had to actually work for the school district to join back then, but I'm not sure of the rules now. Branches used to be hard to find and out of the way, but worth it because they treat their customers very well and they made it user friendly by partnering with other credit unions, so it was easy enough to take money out when I needed to, and only a minor inconvenience to go in and deposit a check. I haven't been here too many times yet but service has been great so far. I had a hard time finding it. They are located at the entrance in the middle of the store, not at the Five Guys end or the Auto department end, but directly in the center, next to fine Jewelry. They are smaller than the stand alone branches but they seem to have everything, ATM, tellers, and whateve services you would need a personal banker for. This will definitely bring me into FM more often.”

1532 NE 181st Ave, Portland“Deposited a check, was told $100 was available for use. Now the check is on hold for 5 to 10 days, not a big deal except they took the $100 back out of my account and now it is negative, and due to their negligence I was told I would be charged an overdraft fee on my account, and they aren't willing to do anything to correct their negligence. Maybe don't give any available amount if this type of thing is going to happen and you're not willing to fix it.Edit: updating to 5 stars after going into 181st branch location. The entire crew in there was friendly and helpful, solved my issue in under 5 minutes. Varsha emp # LJF7C5UX1 has terrible customer service skills and should be retrained on steps necessary to take care of customers appropriately, her best response should've been as follows. I can not credit you for the overdraft fee, but if you go speak to the branch manager they may be able to help. Instead she argued and refused to offer any solution other than I was going to be charged an overdraft fee even though it was not my fault. Great job to the crew at 181st branch.”
“After another Wellsfargo location couldn’t help (not first time) this one never fails & I forget it’s closer to home. Always goes above and beyond. Not as crazy busy as others. Have ALWAYS been able to assist me with my walk/in needs.The ambiance & over all experience is very different from the other bank I usually go to. Way more chill, wait time in line varies but has always been bearable.Staff very Knowledgeable & if a employee (especially if training) & does not know answer or needs assistance with particular transaction they go ask co-worker who does know or more knowledgeable.Not if they aren’t sure of what to do with my transaction…Say, “Um… hmmmm”. Look around the bank…??♀️. Then say,“Um…We’re too busy”, can you go to another branch?”This branch (Gresham Burnside) has more courteous, polite, better mannered tellers, (don’t get me started), and customer service all around A+. Smaller bank. Better service.Keep it up guys!”
