Made an order....what a mistake.
No response from owners to my phone calls or emails. Order still shows processing. Would be nice if they would do like there answering machine says and call you back. No longer want there product if this is the service they provide. Sad doing business with you.

Finally received contact today. Will update when/if order is received. update: order was received, met team at nearest freeway drop off point. I started my review with one star-because I ordered, contacted them 4 times with no response. Finally, the road crew got in touch with me via text, and we arranged a time/date. The apricots are LOVELY-I am a jam maker, and they are difficult to find. Changing my review to 5 stars, but just know this: They deliver only twice a year, they are not a "typical" online business, so if you need something NOW or even SOON, this probably isnt the business for you. I know now, and am aware. The delivery people are a husband and wife team who are very friendly.

I called twice, left a voicemail message both times, & never got a return call. I'll find another place.

Bithell Farms- your freezer jam is amazing and the taste of Oregon which was home to me in my childhood. Thank you so much for shipping to me over the years! Still love Oregon berries!

I worked with Kingman First Assembly of God and this was one of the fund raisers I did for Women's Ministries. Excellent quality, never anything bad or having to be returned. All top of the line.

We sent a check in June for the berries we ordered and the check was cashed by Bithell Farms on June 28, 2017. At this point all we have is a copy of the canceled check - no berries and here it is January 4, 2018. We have been unable to get any assistance from Bithell Farms in figuring out the problem other than to tell us the berries had been shipped. No information about shipping date, who was the carrier, who was the recipient of the shipment, or who signed for the shipment. They did ask us to let them know what we found out. Since we have no information to go from, we are having no luck in contacting anyone involved or rectifying the problem. I would definitely recommend people see the product from Bithell Farms before sending any money.

I've been ordering berries from Bithell for over 25 years. The fruit is wonderful and I'm at a loss when I use up what's in my freezer before it's time for the new crop to come in. Even though there are good grocery stores in my area, their berries are no match for Bithell's. The patriarch of the farm developed medical issues about 5 years ago--I think some dementia. It took awhile for other family members to step in and take control.

The people who run this place have no business being in business. I live in Southern California and they deliver frozen fruit from Oregon. While their product is very good, they are extremely poor business people. This season's fruit was supposed to have been delivered in September or October, and it will finally be here in mid November. After several phone calls, someone answered the phone, a miracle in itself, and he gave me the date and city of the delivery but no address. They almost never answer their phone nor do they respond to emails. My next course of action is to dispute the charge on my credit card. DON'T order from these irresponsible people. I have no idea how these people stay in business. Last year, they sent me 2-1/2 hours away to pick up my fruit when there was a stop within 30 minutes. I should have picked up on the clue then that they had no idea what they were doing.

Looked up local berry picking in my area. Called this place to ask about what type of berries were for picking and got laughed at.

I remember growing up on this farm and making the best jam ever. Every time i see any kind of berries or the smell brings back those memories. Bethel farms and there family are the best.
