Friendly helpful staff. We needed a trailer to haul a big set of trees for us, and our neighbors. It was in tip top shape, and worked perfectly. It was pretty reasonable to. We'll definitely be back.

Best rental place I've ever worked with. Great rates, friendly staff, and extremely fair! I damaged one of their trailers and could have easily been charged $500 to $1000. The maintenance guy said he could fix it for $100.... unbelievable. It's nice to work with honest people that don't take advantage of you.

Reserved a skidsteer to be delivered over a week in advance. Had to call as delivery was 1 1/2 hours late. Very poor communication with office about pre-arranged delivery time. Management was unapologetic about the delay; they seemed eager to cancel the reservation as opposed to honoring the reservation and previous commitment. Have rented two times prior and was pleased with the service. Worth two stars as the equipment was functional and adequate. Sadly, I'll be moving on as customer service is NOT promoted. There are a host of quality rental facilities around; B&R is not worth the frustration.
