“I took my car into CCR after hitting a deer. Listed are some reasons as to why I would rate them 5 stars..

- The building is clean
- Paperwork was quick and easy
- Scott handled everything with my insurance company so I didn’t have to deal with the nightmare
- They gave me a loaner car for the entire time they had my car at no extra cost
- Good communication
- The provided quality NEW parts on my vehicle
- They completed all of the work on my car in 3 weeks
- They noticed more damage than I did and worked with insurance to get it ALL fixed
- They detailed the inside and outside of my car so when I picked it up it was sparkling clean and smelled brand new inside

The only “complaint” I would have is that it took about 2-3 months to be able to drop my car off from the time I hit the deer. Although, I understand that is pretty standard so it didn’t really bother me!

“A big thank you to the staff. We were quoted $250 at a unnamed jeep mechanic in estacada for a wheel bearing replacement. They claimed the hub and axel arm(?) Were also damaged and needing replaced bringing the total to $650. I said I wanted a second opinion. Dropped my car off at Kosrow (did not tell them of previous quote) and they fit me in the same day..... for just a wheel bearing at $290. So thanks again guys, I'm not made of money and I appreciate the honest work.”
