Get a bike with Chris! He's awesome and knowledgeable. Best decision I've made all year! edit while the sale went well, I just stood in the store waiting to get a helmet visor for a helmet I purchased and had to wait over an hour! Then because it was just a visor, I was skipped again for someone that was talking about multiple helmets. I'll order online next time.

They were short staffed when I attended but friendly service. They previously has a coffee mug with their wild horses logo and t-shirts with the logo. I was disappointed they no longer carry this.

I purchased a 2022 Can Am Ryker which only had 200 miles on it. The bike has been in the shop with recalls, issues with the motor and I have not been able to ride it. I really was so excited to get the bike however now I am just disgusted with the fact that I paid cash for a used bike and have no bike. I am now stuck with a bike that has been in the shop since May and they don't know when I will get it back. I really want my money back.

Should up 10 minutes after they closed. Service manger stopped what he was doing to check me in and made room for my bike inside. Customer service at its finest

Thet won't work on older Harleys give outrages queto to scare you into buying new. Found a private mechanic that did the work for over half the price. You should be ashamed.

HD in Bend Oregon got some boots there on Friday 7-5 2024 and the boots are too tight for My feet so I take them back.And they tell me I can't return them because I wore them the receipt said that I had 5 to 14 days to return them.went back to day and tryed to return them and they will not take them back.on 7-9-2022 So don't buy anything from Bend Harley Davidson never go in that HD shop they are reppoff paid $17100. Just gone.
