Very disappointed in service. Went with my sister to get some medallion stamps done on paperwork and even though she is a Wells Fargo customer the staff said they couldn’t do it.

Edit from 2 months later. Apparently, Wells Fargo does not keep proper records. I ended up not opening a safe deposit box due to being poisoned by mold at this location. Now they send me letters every month attempting to collect a payment for the safe deposit box that I do not have, assessing late fees and threatening with collections. I need to report this to the appropriate regulatory agency (FDIC or CFPB or both).Safety hazard! The building is full of black mold. The vents are visibly dirty with dark particles on the ceiling around each vent. I spent about 45 min inside trying to open an account and got very sick in this building. Headache, nausea, dizziness all disappeared shortly after I left the building.

I would NOT even give one star but had to so I could give the review!!! From the day I received my debit card EVERY SINGLE TIME I tried to use I'm getting messages from the fraud department trying to verify its me!!! Don't people have bank accounts so they can pay bills!!?? Also, I have been in the hospital on the heart floor tried calling about allowing a bill to clear & I GOT NOTHING BUT THE RUN AROUND & AGGRAVATION!!k! I will most definitely be closing out my account to never return to Wells Fargo again!!! Plus, the bank never has bankers working & are ALWAYS short staffed still tried calling & talking with customer service to only get the run around & NO help!!!

multiple times this branch has closed their drive through without notice. When I raise the issue with the branch manager she got defensive and did not offer any solutions or assistance. The same thing happened to me once at the Chandler Wells Fargo. When I raised it with the manager, she told me to call and they would have someone manned the window for me. I am in a wheelchair and getting into the bank is a hassle. I'm also a business client with several accounts.

Maybe when the Banks decide to close before their posted hours of operation, they should change in the site or change the voicmail systtem to let customers know. That way people dont drive 40 miles in a blizzard to find out they cant get their check cashed.

Tried to get a cash advance, I was declined. The staff and myself were completely baffled as to why. After driving across town to US bank I found out you must wait exactly 24 hours after making advances. I returned to Wells Fargo to inform them, the manager Nicky Velasquez was so rude to me and wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. She failed to inform her staff of these 24 hour wait times, it is beyond me that the manager did not know this rule. Like I'm the first person to ever walk in there with a reliacard. Luckily Jordan Nesbitt came to my rescue with tremendous customer service skills, and calmy explain to me that every person might have a different account and that it's not there responsibility to know US bank rules. He should be the manager, I will change banks shortly if Nikki is not dealt with and disciplined. Every manager in any business requires customer service skills.

You would think a drive through bank would keep their drive through open 1. During a pandemic and 2. After 5 pm when most workers get off work. This is the worst bank I've ever banked at.

I would give Wells Fargo 0 stars if I could. I have always had a negative experience with every transaction I have made inside. They are not trustworthy, don't care about their clients, and will make you wait a ridiculous amount of time to do anything. They don't fully explain what they are doing and you are often surprised with fees or changes in your account that you did not want. There are at least 5 employees standing around doing nothing while the line has at least 10 people. I went to close my account today which I should have done a long time ago, and ended up being there over an hour because multiple people working there weren't authorized to help me. Checked to make sure my accounts were closed this evening and they are still open! So I will have to return to do the whole thing over again. I highly suggest you do not bank with Wells Fargo.

Thought I would report a terrible experience at Wells Fargo on 3rd St, Bend OR. I went into the bank to discuss my account. I went up to the counter where I was greeted very kindly my a nice gentleman. Unfortunately, he was not able to help and asked a Fernando to come over to assist me. This guy did not greet me, smile at me nothing!! He was completely rude! Every time I've ever gone into Wells Fargo in Redmond I've been created with a big smile and awesome service!! This guy did not have the time of day or the want to even assist me. I ended up walking out and telling him I would go to another bank that would be willing to listen to me and assist me. Sorry I don't have Fernando's last name, but just be careful if you go into this location to ask for someone else if Fernando walks up!! I will be reporting my issues to his supervisor or the corporate office!

Very poor service. After waiting in line with about 15 people with only 2 tellers for 20 minutes then next person that walked in was from a business and so was helped first. With 3 transaction, I might add! I was told this was common practice as they get priority over us normal account holders. Boo....!!!

I love this branch. The staff is very friendly and they always have someone knowledgeable up front to get you to the right person. They work together as a team and always provide excellent service!

Teller was super slow, and some dude with some dynamite tried to rob it during the lunch rush. 2/10 would not recommend.
