While the staff is friendly, And we eventually got our problem fixed, I cannot say that we're impressed with the work we had done to a Google Pixel 6 pro phone with a broken screen. I cannot comment on the quality of work on any other brand, only the pixel 6. Initially we had a Google Pixel 6 Pro that my wife brought in for a screen replacement after it was dropped and cracked. I was initially told there was a screen in stock, but by the time I'd gotten there it was already used on another phone. That's on me though as i hadn't yet paid or reserved the screen. We paid for and waited a while to get the new screen which was delayed by shipping due to weather. When the new screen arrived and got replaced, Later that night when we got home the new screen began to fall off the phone and wasn't attached properly. We brought the phone back to have it fixed again, and the technician ended up breaking the second new screen which left it with a long white line running up and down the screen, and the SIM card wasn't reinstalled which i caught before leaving the store. I get it, mistakes happen. We wait a while for another screen to arrive and bring the phone back again and have the screen replaced again. Get home and realize something was forgotten behind the screen in front of the front facing camera making it appear as a black screen. So we had to take the phone back yet again to have it fixed again. In total, we had to have the phone worked on 4 times before it was in normal working order. They did however offer a partial refund for the trouble and were nice and eventually got the problem fixed and the phone appears to be in good working order. However, living in La Pine and having to drive back and forth to Bend several times in the snow and ice to have the screen fixed several times was less than pleasant and probably will not return to have work done on pixel phones if the need arises in the future unless there are no other repairs options available.

Awesome experience here from the friendly staff. Came in with a weird issue with a sticky power button causing phone to power cycle and activate distress calls. Very annoying night! They identified and fixed the issue quickly and at a very fair price since it was a unique problem. If needed, I will definitely be back

Got a new battery put in my phone and it only took an hour! They got me checked in quickly, tested everything on my phone to ensure it was working properly and I got it back in a timely manner. Excellent service! Thank you!

We had an iPad with battery issues. Apple quoted me a price of $599. Batteries plus did it for $99. Wow! We're super pleased with the work and will be spreading the word.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could not only get my battery replaced, but that I could also get my cracked (again!) screen protector replaced with a warranty. Lovely.

I did the NO NO. Dropped my phone on the concrete. The dredded purple lines started taking over my screen. Wow! What a great deal. My $500. phone was fixed and back like new in two hours. For 199.99! Lots better price than a new phone.

Great Customer service.Took only a few hrs to do repairs, after a few weeks from ordering them. Works great & no problems after repairs. So relieved I didn't have to buy another cell phone.
