I have used Wall Street Storage on and off for 4 years. I love this place and I have always felt safe there. Ruth and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone!

Staff allowed illegal access to my ex-wife without my consent. $3k of property lost. Staff continues to harrass Me about overdue $110 last bill. Nickels and Dimes, in comparison. They're lucky I didn't sue them. (First two images are the before, second two are the after.)

I have rented units at Wall Street Storage for over 20 years. I love the competitive prices (lowest in town!) friendly, helpful staff, and the confidence that they have 24 hour security and each tenant is required to check in and out for added safety. Plus, it’s a unique, historic part of Bend and close to downtown.

I have stored my precious belongings & collections at Wall Street Storage off & on, as needed, for the past 30 years! The staff has always been accommodating & helpful in so many ways; and I have never lost a night’s sleep over the safety & security of my life time treasures!

Horrible conditions. In my own opinion mold,rats,random cats and animals,very weak security,no handicap access or ramps, loose electric wires, leaking roof, poor ownership! That's my personal opinion for numerous reasons..my personal opinion ...plus it will be sold eventually soon ...not bashing or anything but any one that walks in can agree to what I've said.
