My experience as a business owner at this store today was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I first visited this store in Nov. of '23 where I was eagerly helped, given a device so I could run internet for my business (I had just relocated to a rural location where high-speed internet was not readily available) using a cell number, and told it was free for one month trial and then $50 something/month after. During my in-person meeting it was not conveyed to me that I was entering 24 month contract if I didn't return it in 30 days and that would be binding for $400 and a buyout would be needed if I for any reason exceeded the one-month trial. There was not a follow-up e-mail nearing the one-month time frame that conveyed this either. Nor was it conveyed that I would also incur a fee every month for the device or what that fee would be. The implicit non-disclosure is something I have not ever encountered with my current service provider AT&T for over 20 years. None of these details were explained to me. I'm a competent and successful business owner who prides myself on keeping track of the details. The device was slow and didn't work for me, after about one month I unplugged it and quit using it, and thought I was paying the $50 something/month until I returned the device and cancelled my service. When I went in today to return it and cancel the service, I was told I was in a contract and would need to buy-out the device for $360 (They kept referring the cost being associated to the device but in reality it was not). Furthermore I was mansplained that perhaps I didn't understand how subscriptions/contracts worked as he began to talk about his own personal HBO contract in a condescending tone as if I were an idiot. I have never been so furious by such poor and unprofessional customer service in my lifetime. On further review after paying $366.63 because I could get no actual customer service except programatic speak, I came home and on deeper review noted my business account had been charged $83.21/month not the $50/month promised on top of failing to mention the device fee and the contract. Business owners beware. I will take this up with Verizon corporate and definitely will not be taking my business wireless to Verizon.

Avoid at all cost! Over charge and sell faulty products. Once rated "the best Verizon in the north west." I would say it might be the worst Verizon I've ever been to. 0

Absolutely dismissed me because my phone's were not purchased through their store. Told me to go to corporate store. Had no clue how to resolve the issue with port of number not going through. Will never go there again. Verizon is Verizon no matter where the phone is bought! Ps bought through Costco Verizon booth amazing staff excellent service.

We were transferring a business plan over from another carrier to Verizon. I made an appointment in advance with Loren since we live out of town. She told me what all to bring when I came to the store was so we could have a seamless transfer. She was great in all aspects of our transfer and all lines are transferred and we are really pleased with the coverage Verizon has out in eastern Oregon and especially Loren’s professional handling of our transfer, she was great!

First I was helped by Tony, he was so awesome and provided me with great service. Then I went back in, and received help from Alex. Who was super amazing and so patient throughout our struggles. Highly recommend those 2 :)

No reason this store should exist. They cannot help do anything. Took my phone to trade in because that was an option for returning and that felt safer than trusting it through the mail. Got there and they said I have to mail it in. Okkkay. Guy sold me on the “internet” service at $30/mon. Said try it out, if you don’t like it, bring it back. Took it home and could not get it to connect. You have to walk around to find a good signal, even then, would not connect. Are we going backwards to antennas? Anyways, obviously was returning it. Returned it to this store where I got it, was told they can’t be responsible for it so have to mail it in. So they can push them out the door for sales but can’t take it back? Why even have this store if they can’t do diddly? Only reason I came was the hours were more convenient. Will not be returning to this location.

Very unhappy with servi e at this location. We're sold a lemon phone, replaced it with another phone that lasted 1 month. Then got the third phone and was charged $35.00 by sales clerk to hook up the replacement phone. I have never been charged for basic customer service by Verizon before - is this new? I have been a customer with Verizon for 20+ years and pay over $300.00 per month for service. Not to mention nee phones every fewyeats that cost over $1000.00 each. We also have had to purchase screen protectors for 3 phones now due to buying a lemon. Not happy

Went in here to get a phone repaired/replaced i have insurance it should have cost $99 before the agent handled my request henwas clearly more interested in upgrading my plan he then gave me quotes of 500 600 250 and then to replace my phone 200. I left got in my car and submitted a claim. It was $99 and they even upgraded my phone for free since they didn't have a direct replacement. Dont go here the service sucks.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After waiting 45 minutes for service, I explained to the customer service rep, what was going on with my phone. He didn't give a fuck. He just sat there looking at me like I was just another inconvenience in his work day. He didn't do a damn thing. He just sat there like a jerk. His only words were, "oh well". I have been with Verizon since 1999 and always thought highly of them, but I guess that doesn't mean anything. I am just another fucking number. I would stay away from this store. If you have to go to a store than go to the one in Redmond. At least they seem to give a shit. As for me, I am changing service providers. Maybe the new providers will appreciate the $2700 a month my company spends with Verizon. Done with them.
