Conner helped us to upgrade our phones. He was wonderful to work with and extremely patient and knowledgeable.

Worst Verizon store I've ever stepped in! The representative I dealt with was outright rude and has no business being in sales. He was very argumentative towards me and another customer who was on the phone when I entered the store. I understand he is a new representative but you've got to show a little class! The fancy suit means nothing.
Reason for going to this store:
I had a replacement phone sent to this location and the guy claimed it wasn't there. Got verification from the shipper that it was signed for this morning by someone at this store. But it mysteriously disappeared during the day. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

I have been traveling for a cross country move and the last thing I wanted to deal with was a shattered phone. I was dreading going into Verizon but Spencer in the Cellular Sales Bend, Oregon was a pleasant surprise. Professional, knowledgeable, and brought some humor into my situation. Best customer service!

Luke was so helpful--I had really dug a huge hole for myself by calling Verizon instead of walking in the store. My account was a mess and I could not get it sorted out on my own. He managed my situation in a friendly, efficient manner and even followed up afterward to make sure all loose ends were completely taken care of. As a busy mom of three, I felt like I was really well taken care of from the moment I walked into the store. Luke identified the issues, took care of them right away and then had me walking out the door with a cleaned up account, new device with a protector and case within an hour. I was super impressed and will do all my business at Verizon in person with Luke in the future.

The associate was completely misleading on new monthly bill. I had to repeat myself multiple times that I needed the additional hotspot service added. Went over the total bill at the end and the sales associate said that the hotspot was included in that total. Come to find out that the hotspot never was set up, when I called customer service they had to add it as an additional fee which caused my bill to go up more than what we had discussed and agreed to when signing the contract. The associate was more interested in selling the upgrade then going over the actual bill which was not correct. Be sure to check everything that is included in your monthly plan before leaving the store.

Walked in this week to the store with an old pixel that was on its last legs. Was hoping to see what help was possible to keep the pixel limping along.
After talking with Chris V. He found that I was eligible for a promotion of sorts. New free pixel phone. Stoked! Chris was super helpful and knew I needed an updated phone that wasn't bent like a potato chip.. They had the new pixel phone there and it was simply a matter of setting it up. He got me sorted out in one quick visit! Appreciate the fast awesome customer service. Get that man a raise!

I love Verizon best branch I have been to. My only negative experience with employees was over a year ago. I called with a issue of not receiving texts. I can't remember autumn, cinnamon, summer whatever her name. She told me me something like I can't help you then we both took a long pause and the she said is there anything else? There was a bit of an exchange and I wound up driving 45 mins to bend. When I had a standard (helpful) employee come up I asked is that winter and pointed to the pretty blonde and she confirmed. I was so infuriated at the situation me texting issue was nearly non-existent. I then asked for the branch manger, explained the events that led to me driving in and told him to listen to the call. I have not seen here since and everything and every employee has been grand.

My experience as a business owner at this store today was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I first visited this store in Nov. of '23 where I was eagerly helped, given a device so I could run internet for my business (I had just relocated to a rural location where high-speed internet was not readily available) using a cell number, and told it was free for one month trial and then $50 something/month after. During my in-person meeting it was not conveyed to me that I was entering 24 month contract if I didn't return it in 30 days and that would be binding for $400 and a buyout would be needed if I for any reason exceeded the one-month trial. There was not a follow-up e-mail nearing the one-month time frame that conveyed this either. Nor was it conveyed that I would also incur a fee every month for the device or what that fee would be. The implicit non-disclosure is something I have not ever encountered with my current service provider AT&T for over 20 years. None of these details were explained to me. I'm a competent and successful business owner who prides myself on keeping track of the details. The device was slow and didn't work for me, after about one month I unplugged it and quit using it, and thought I was paying the $50 something/month until I returned the device and cancelled my service. When I went in today to return it and cancel the service, I was told I was in a contract and would need to buy-out the device for $360 (They kept referring the cost being associated to the device but in reality it was not). Furthermore I was mansplained that perhaps I didn't understand how subscriptions/contracts worked as he began to talk about his own personal HBO contract in a condescending tone as if I were an idiot. I have never been so furious by such poor and unprofessional customer service in my lifetime. On further review after paying $366.63 because I could get no actual customer service except programatic speak, I came home and on deeper review noted my business account had been charged $83.21/month not the $50/month promised on top of failing to mention the device fee and the contract. Business owners beware. I will take this up with Verizon corporate and definitely will not be taking my business wireless to Verizon.
