If you haven't been in to this store in the last 12 months, you are missing a 180* change there. I used to get hives just thinking about it. After my recent two visits, its like night and day! The vibe has vastly improved customer experience to the extent that I'm writing a rare review about a corporate store (I review local businesses normally). Kudos to the change managers there!

My experience with Verizon on 3rd Street in Bend recently was very positive. I had a very complex problem, and my very pleasant agent, Tony F ,spent several hours with me, patiently taking me through what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable, explained things to me carefully, and never seemed anxious to complete the job. I had to return some days later, and, again, it took a lot of time to finish everything and he was very thorough, again answering every one of my questions with care.

I had been having intermittent problems with text messaging on my phone that weren't getting better, so I went to this Verizon store on 3rd St in Bend. One of their sales associates, Liam, offered to help me resolve the issue. He tried all the good methods, but nothing helped. Liam then called Verizon Technical Support and escalated the problem to Tier 2 and after some effort they got the problem resolved. It took Liam's effort over 3+ hours to get my problem fixed, but he stayed on it like a pit bull until I was satisfied, never showing a bit of annoyance. This is the kind of service we want and deserve. Big Thank You to Liam today!

I had the pleasure of working with Liam at the SE 3rd St location in Bend Oregon. Verizon online processed my phone sale turning off my service prematurely and listed the wrong phone as trade in. I spent hours with online tech support then called this store and lucky enough Liam helped me out. He solve a long and complicated issue that online phone sales messed up with a temp number involved. I am up and running thanks to Liam, a great person and awesome at his job. Forget online sales come to this store and ask for him😊 Thanks again! Barbara H

Worst Verizon store I've ever stepped in! The representative I dealt with was outright rude and has no business being in sales. He was very argumentative towards me and another customer who was on the phone when I entered the store. I understand he is a new representative but you've got to show a little class! The fancy suit means nothing.
Reason for going to this store:
I had a replacement phone sent to this location and the guy claimed it wasn't there. Got verification from the shipper that it was signed for this morning by someone at this store. But it mysteriously disappeared during the day. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

I have been traveling for a cross country move and the last thing I wanted to deal with was a shattered phone. I was dreading going into Verizon but Spencer in the Cellular Sales Bend, Oregon was a pleasant surprise. Professional, knowledgeable, and brought some humor into my situation. Best customer service!
