Prior experiences have been so excellent no need to go elsewhere. Only slightly negative, mostly inconvenient, was purchase of new battery later proved to be suffering an inadequacy to hold charge when load put on it. After two visits to discuss the problem, the lead person was super to deal with and had patience to listen entirely to details of the problem even after they did their own analysis and testing. Character is what elevates good to excellent. Customer for life. Also, reading positive/negative customer experiences, esp Mr. Mertins, though a very sad & disappointing outcome, contributes cautionary knowledge in future car care at any facility. Thanks for posting all - praise and warts honestly.

What? Cheapest & fastest Freon recharge! A/C died during peak heat. So hwy 97 Valvoline is frikin amazing!Had hard time finding repair places that had Freon. Ones I found soooo expensive.By accident I found out that Valvoline not only has Freon but recharges it super fast & the best price!While I was getting everything replaced/refilled (I won’t go any where else) asked if they knew place for Freon….”we refill it” was reply. Staff is beyond wonderful - I’ve asked all kinds of repair questions & for recommendations. They always have helpful answer and if don’t know one find out for you!!! Who makes that effort these days??

The courtesy, service, staff introduction, fluids and battery check were impressive! I will definitely recommend and use this location for all future oil changes. It's so nice and refreshing see good old fashioned service with a smile. Thank you, thank you.

All the guys and gals that have serviced my car at this Valvoline station have all been very nice & efficient … I like this place to get my oil changed and other car work done… they have never screwed me over with things I don’t need …. I will continue to come here….

All the staff at this location are very kind, patient, and professional. Every time I visit, the experience is timely- even if there are two or three people ahead of me. They let me know if there are things my car needs that I'm not aware of. I don't know the most about cars, and they are always willing to take the time to answer my questions fully and happily. Today, Logan specifically was especially helpful in letting me know what my car was due for (without being rude or pushy), how much it would cost in the end, and answering my questions about terms I did not know.

Had my oil and filter changed at this Valvoline. After returning home I noticed oil on the floor of my garage. I took my car to the dealer to have it checked out. Mechanic found that the oil filter was loose and took 2 full turns to get it to recommended torque. This was Valvoline's fault 100%. Cost me over $167.00 in diagnostics to correct their "minor" mistake. I won't be returning!Edit 8/2/2023Valvoline contacted me regarding my review and asked if they could compensate for their mistake. They mailed a check to me that covered the price of the oil change and a second check that covered the cost of my diagnostic/repair at the dealership.Service: Oil change
