I’ve been here a handful of times, and on each occasion have had a pleasant experience with the different employees working here. They are friendly and efficient.

This post office is great. They are hard working, efficient, and have good supplies available. Parking can be tough and lines long so timing your visit is important.

Would rather get my teeth pulled than deal with the lady at this place again

Super helpful. I got there just before closing and the two ladies helped me with everything so I could quickly send four packages with no hassle. I'm extremely grateful for their kindness.

Employees don't know or understand USPS and Federal shipping regulations and standards. Ship somewhere else.

12/2022 update - We got it straightened out, but what a fiasco just because someone in the office was careless and took someone else's "close box" order and applied it to our box.We paid our box rental fee on time and they closed our box for non-payment!??

They are always "in training" and lately my packages are disappearing, or they forget to scan it, so it gets lost. Unprofessional and if you need to deal with them...... It's impossible to call the toll free numbers and talk to someone. It won't allow me to leave 0 stars

Even though I live close to the 4th Street post office I always go to this branch. Outstanding, friendly service. Every. Single. Time. These folks deserve a raise. (I have noticed a lot of the customers are rude to the staff so I always try to be extra nice to them.)

Carrier places items in my mailbox that cannot be retrieved because they will not fit through opening at front of community mailbox. This has happened more than one time.

They never answer their phone. I am housebound I need to put in a stop mail request. I called them 12×2 days in a row and they never once picked up the phone. They say you can do a stop Mail request online. But I was told that our address which is a Northwest Crossing is not an an address. It’s crazy we lived here for six years

To make additional revenue the Bend Oregon USPS takes amazon orders that they will not deliver in Sunriver, Oregon. Sunriver does not have mailboxes at the residences but does have street addresses. The addresses are used by FedEx and UPS but the us postal service can't see to figure it out. Therefore, they accept packages but refuse to deliver them to sunriver. Since we can't tell amazon (or other online ordering sites) which carrier to use, you place your order and then when the order never shows up you check the online site and find out they picked USPS. So frustrating! I've told amazon multiple times to stop giving packages to the USPS but they aren't listening. Wish there was a campaign called "do not give sunriver packages to USPS"! Why can't they get follow fedex and ups?
