Absolutely incompetent as they come. No help whatsoever. Consistently losing packages. Delivery people are absolutely worthless. Go government! ?

After reading so many one star reviews I decided to add mine as this facility clearly needs to be looked into. I ordered some clothes and the package was “delivered” by USPS, this location specifically. I tracked my package and when it said delivered, I checked my mail slot and my package wasn’t in there nor was it anywhere near my front doorstep. I quickly got in contact with them and they told me that they would have the carrier look for it that day. This was over a week ago. Throughout this week I have checked in multiple times for updates and they just kept telling me they’d have a carrier look for it. Also, I have checked my mail every single day and nothing. Apparently the carrier put the package in the wrong mail slot and they claimed to have checked the other mailboxes and also no one has returned the package to the facility so I guess my package is just gone forever. I went in person to talk with them yesterday and they told me “they’ve done all they could do for me at this point”. It’s their fault my package is lost and my money is potentially wasted on the material I bought. On top of that, my wife has recently had a similar situation happen with a package she ordered and they keep putting other people’s mail in our mail slot. Corporate needs to investigate this branch and see what’s going on because this is unacceptable.

10am - 3pm?!? If you have anything held and you work for a living good luck getting your package. Wish it would have just stayed at the larger facility. You can’t have a staffed window for 9-5? Yall are great at deliveries. But need longer hours for pickup. They also seem super overworked, not rude just clipped and busy. HIRE MORE STAFF!

Had to come back four times with the same request due to staff giving me wrong information. Seems like employees either don’t care or don’t know what they are doing. Very disappointing.

This specific post office is a NIGHTMARE. the lady working was extremely rude as i was mailing my wedding invitations. come to find out a few days later, EVERY invite has been sent back to me with the envelopes significantly damaged. if you have to mail anything that you care about, do NOT go to this office. i’ve had great experiences at other offices, but they clearly are unable to read and sort mail correctly here, and have now cost me hundreds of dollars to replace the stamps, custom address stickers, and envelopes. all of this could have been fixed if the postal workers at the office on Business way cared enough to do their job even halfway. in the future i will only be taking my mail to the main office in Redmond and Bend, because the employees care to have an actual human conversation and know how to differentiate between a return address and recipient address.

I have never posted a review before, but I’ll make an exception here. I wish I could give 0 stars. Our house hasn’t been receiving mail, so I called the office. They picked up the receiver and hung up immediately… twice. I left work early to go in to their office. The lady at the counter was passive aggressive even though I was being as polite as possible. She handed me a box of mail and said our mailbox has been blocked. Someone on the street doesn’t drive much so her car sits on the road, photo attached of the “blocked” mailbox. Ok, so maybe the car’s a little close. But I feel as if a note might have been in order since this is not obvious. I also attached a picture of the box of mail. Out of this, only ~5 letters and 1 package were ours! The rest are addressed to people all over the neighborhood, not even close to our street. Why would they give me the whole neighborhood’s mail? Do they expect me to deliver it for them? I delivered what I could to my immediate neighbors, but I can’t spend a whole day delivering other people’s mail. I’m at a loss.

Why is it so difficult for these folks to put mail in the proper boxes?? Like, this is second grade stuff—read address, place in appropriate box. Three times in the last week alone our packages have been delivered to someone else’s door or put in the wrong mailbox. Do better.

I've been getting other people's mail almost daily (sometimes, not even addressed to my home) since I moved in. They put a sign in my mailbox with the names of the only people at the residence. Still getting other people's mail, often it looks important like financial statements and bills and medical things. I don't know what else to do. Never have experienced such a bad USPS. I'm usually a big fan of it, compared to other mail services but I have to agree with all the many (many!) other reviewers. Maybe they're trying to go for that coveted "1 star" instead of the 1.5 that they have.

I hate to see anyone, let alone a government employee, disrespect the disabled by parking in a disabled parking spot. No tag or plate. Looked like they were using it as a loading zone. A disabled gentleman had to park in the fire zone/red curb to come in.

Bend USPS is consistently horrible, the carriers are lazy, the staff is rude, and they are just overall careless. No matter the feedback they don't do anything to improve. My neighbors have sent in countless complaints stemming from the treatment my neighbors and i have received from the carriers in our area. But they have never gotten a response. All complaints are clearly never acknowledged, they are taken it and pushed to the side. My carrier delivered a package to me that I had paid nearly $30 to ship from Hawaii which contained priceless photos and items that had belonged to my aunt who died a month earlier. When it was delivered, it was left on its side right underneath my dripping roof. All of the photos that were in that package are destroyed and unsalvageable. Despite this, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because they couldn't have known the contents and significance of the items within. My last straw was a message I got, I was sent a message that my package was "undeliverable" because it was too large for my mailbox. The package in question, was a 4ft by 2ft hard plastic wrapping paper holder. My doorstep is 5 steps away from my mailbox. Because my carrier marked it as too big for my mailbox, it can't be redelivered. Now my only option is to use my lunch break to drive 40 minutes from my job to pick up a package that they were too lazy to take 1 minute to walk it up to the door. I put in a complaint requesting that I not only have my package redelivered, but also an apology for the careless treatment. I may be asking too much, but I don't think so. Today I received a passive-aggressive message on a redelivery request form, that stated, in big black letters across it - "This is an undeliverable package and can only be picked up." For people that get such a ridiculously short work day, they are quite insufferable and short-tempered. If you ever need something shipped, just go to UPS, their hours are so much more reasonable, the prices are better, and the people are so much nicer. Stay away from this place. And don't be scared to send in a complaint, they deserve to be bombarded by every single little complaint that anyone may have, until they start to make positive change, i will complain every time i have the smallest negative experience that has anything to do with USPS. Be better Bend USPS. You deserve a lower rating.

I didn't know it was possible to have such consistently rude employees. I mean it's like, across the board, at every level they are awful.
