“I am happy with the service we received at this dealership! I love our new Dodge Durango! The process was easy, and the dealership did take care of us. We had a couple of issues with the blinker on the driver's side, so I ended up dealing with the manager to get the bugs all figured out! And the issue with the blinker was that the person in service put in the wrong headlight assembly. There were wires not even hooked up and we had to drive like that for almost 4 weeks. 1 other thing is they should have had the car detailed as they knew we were coming over from 2 hours away to look at it. I knew I wanted it however, would have been nice if the engine bay had been detailed! Again they did get us taken care of, it was just a process!! If you have a car in mind that you would like to look at, make the drive! The process of buying the car was painless. To get the bugs all worked out, we didn't have to drive down to Bend they found us a dealership closer to us to get the bugs all worked out. I started off with Tony on the phone and he got all of the work pretty much done between me starting to talk with him and then when we got down to the lot! I knew he wasn’t going to be there when I got there it was gonna be Mackenzie (sp) and it still was painless! Greg in financing was nice to deal with as well! I definite do recommend this dealership and if you are a distance away make the drive!!! Thank you guys!”

“I bought a beautiful 2016 beetle at the end of June 2023, and Corey provided some of the best service I have ever experienced. He was responsive, kind, and I felt like he really put an effort to get me a deal I was okay with, he even drove it from bend to Hillsboro. The issues started with the lack of effective communication when it came to getting a new title, registration, and DEQ testing. It's a very complex situation that has the Oregon DMV confused about everything, during which time I got less then stellar customer service from management.
