they are theives! bank atm failed to dispense cash. failure to take appropriate action, no action taken. no return of funds. over a week ago this happened. nothing has been done but they have time each day to schedule new appointments. they dont have time to return a $1000 that their atm debited my account for. be careful --- atm hardware malfunction --- your cash has been retracted!!! don't fall victim, they still have this machine in full operation and they care less if anyone else faces same issue

I have been using this branch since 2016. It has the most convenient hours of all the branches. I appreciate the ATM withdrawal and deposit feature when they are closed.I have always been happy with the staff. Kind and friendly. As well as efficient. Only a couple time did I have to wait in line. And usually it's not too bad.Now I live on the South side of Bend and the location at Albertsons was recently closed. :(. I wish the ATM was still there at the Very least.Oh well, I still work next to the HWY 20 location. So it's still my best choice.

The branch in the middle of town by taco bell could not be bothered to help my 3 daughters open accounts. They had 1 customer in the whole branch and wanted us to make appts and come back. Michael Herzog at this branch (Safeway Hwy 20) was happy to help us and gave GREAT customer service!! Thank you so much!!

The lady teller lost our stimulus money. Went to transfer from the card to our main account, gave us a balance and everything. Now suddenly, our account doesnt have it and U.S. Bank has no record of it...even though we have signed receipts and transaction numbers. To say we are concerned and stressed is an understatement. The folks on U.S.Bank call in number are no help, suggests we go to that branch...which is closed on Monday thanks to MLK day. This is why they should have more than one teller in a busy location and maybe even a manager present at all times! Seriously considering pulling my account altogether from them if this sort of screw up is considered "unfortunate" and they "cant resolve our issue" but happy to take monthly fees.

First google review ive ever done. I love this location! My favorate is Sarah! The rest of the staff is awesome too. They always do anything to help me and I'm never disappointed!
