Downtown location is great. Offices are sort of empty, I suppose COVID affects everyone. But fast friendly service and always can assist with any of my banking issues or requests.

I am a Business Owner who has been with US Bank since we bought our Business. I am done with their CARE LESS ATTITUDE towards their Customers. I have 5 accounts with them and I am done. Lobbies closed and one drive up window open. I was 14th in line. Not just NO but HELL NO! Close early open late! You continue to cut staff and hours! I have just over 22,000 clients of my own in a town of 80,000 and I will do everything I can to make sure your will not get any new clients from any of my clients. I will bash your Bank every chance I get. You have earned it!

I was nervous about opening a checking account because of some credit challenges and a couple rough financial years. I accidentally ended up at US Bank where I was greeted by Amber who quickly put me at ease explaining that they do not pull a credit report and that as long as I didn't owe another bank money I'd be ok. She was right and we proceeded with opening an account for me without any issues. What I want people to know is that I was treated with dignity and respect even though my little dab of money won't make or break US Bank, they sure made me feel like it might. More than that Amber is working with me to help keep my credit going in a forward trajectory. I left the bank feeling more important than when I walked in, that's for sure. Thank you Amber and US Bank for turning something uncomfortable for me into a positive experience. Made my day and week ahead much easier!

The local branches have always been helpful and courteous but I think people should know what they're getting with a large national bank. I made a funds transfer error and ended up having an overdraft charge on one of my checking accounts with US Bank. As a customer of 17 years and having 6 accounts with them, and having not had an overdraft in recent history, I thought I would call the bank and ask for a waiver of the $36 dollar fee. After speaking with the customer service rep, they put it through their policy decision making system and offered me a $9 refund. This rep said he was not authorized to override the system so I asked for the situation to be escalated to someone who could override the decision system. I was called back an hour later and after explaining the situation again, I was told the same thing by the "manager" who then said she could only offer me the $9 refund and couldn't override the decision in the system either. I asked to be escalated further and was told no, this wasn't an option and that no one would be able to override the "decision system." When did people become robots not able to make any kinds of decisions and when did customer service become so terrible that banking management decided this is the "right" way to treat a great customer of 17 years? I think it's time to switch to a small, local bank who still has human customer service and decision making systems.

People at the bank are great. The bank itself is awful. $36 over draft fees, .50 check deposit fees, $20 to accept an incoming wire, and the dreaded ATM fees... This is the typical big bank brick and mortar experience. Nickled and dimed to death. If you're looking for a new checking account try a brokerage firm that offers banking. They literally do not charge you for anything except to send (not receive) a wire. I spoke with US Bank over the phone for the last time today and I cant tell you how happy I am to get all my bill pays transferred over to a new account. Only wish I did it sooner.

Super convenient location downtown. Easy to get in and out. Always greeted the moment I walk in and everyone is super pleasant and helpful. They are a full service branch and can help you with all your banking needs from small business loans, mortgages and practically everything under the sun!

US Bank is great although this particular branch is TERRIBLE. Such a shame. I would recommend opening your account at a different branch!
