Prices can be tempting, but buyer beware, they're not that stable, closing some units with little notice. The units aren't that insulated and access can be cramped with lots of backing if you don't plan ahead.

U-Store Bend is a clean, secure storage facility with friendly helpful people (Todd & Chris) and on top of all that it's in a beautiful location.

Great facility with helpful staff. The online bill pay could use some work but it's not hard to pay your bill. Everything is always clean and if you forget your bill they will call you and let you know. The new onsite staff is a great addition too. I waas a customer before and doing everything via phone or email could get awkward but having onsite staff gets any problems or issues dealt with easily.

By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered! Service person we dealt with was more interested in setting up on line bill pay than letting us pay our bill. We will never use u store again and highly recommend driving further than this to find a storage unit.
