“Fantastic trailer rental experience this time. Super friendly and prompt service/staff both coming and going. And it was on a national holiday, so I was feeling blessed that they were even open. Only gripe is that the ratcheting mechanism for the wheel tie downs on the vehicle transport trailer we rented were rusty and hard to operate due to constantly binding up. Definitely need to be lubed and cleaned. Otherwise the trailer was great.”
