“Tom has had a fast turnaround for his work. There was an accident and unfortunately my transfer case cracked very slightly. Tom has been a man of his word and is replacing it no questions asked. Very experienced with transmissions and transfer case’s from what I observed due the conversation we had. I think most these people leaving negative reviews don’t understand how complicated this work is.”
