Honestly, I felt like a member of the family. Unfortunately, they could not do the repairs needed on my '18 Rogue but Hannah went above and beyond making calls to find someone that could help me. And even helped in getting my car there. It's hard when you are alone but I can say I didn't feel alone at that moment. I highly recommend them.

had trans rebuilt in Honda Passport... have had issues with 2nd and 3rd shifting and they couldn't hook my 4-drive back up when it work prior to coming in... so ya..

Evolution Automotive is the type of auto repair shop you seek but don’t always find. They’re thorough and canny at finding the root cause of a problem and fixing it in an efficient manner. You can Trust them! They won’t spend your hard earned money on your car- if a new car part isn’t necessary they won’t go that route. If a new part is required they will obtain one and get it fast. But if a part can be reasonably and safely repaired they will do that first before doing the easiest thing a shop can do which is to just buy a new part without investigating other options. They also leave you with a full report of services and written in such a way that you will understand what they did and why they did it. And their shop labor charge rate is fair. And they happen to be good people. Thank you Evolution Automotive, Bend is lucky.

This is an incredible auto repair shop! My former 2018 Hyundai Elantra Sport Hatch was having transmission problems. Took it here for inspection and boy did they do a thorough comprehensive walkthrough with my car. They literally check component of my vehicle to determine the issue. I had a major leak. Although I did not move forward with getting my transmission replaced, they top of the trans fluid and advise of my options. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Loved that they send text messages to keep you updated. Should I ever need any sort of car maintenance in the future, not even going to second guess coming here. Excellent customer service!

We were directed to EA from a tow truck company. Traveling from out of state and had some vehicle problems. Hannah was exceptionally kind and helpful. Gave me daily updates and went out of her way and I will forever be grateful. Definitely recommend.

The communication here is unmatched! I've never had a mechanic shop be so available through text messages and it was super helpful in a stressful time for me and my older Corolla. I appreciated how thorough the diagnostics were and the flexibility of only doing certain things that actually posed a safety risk. I never like spending a lot of money on car things, but Hannah and the rest of the staff here made me feel better and like I was in good hands. I recommend this shop to anyone in Central Oregon and plan on coming back in the future when I need it.

Had a few issues with my Volvo. They addressed most pressing matters and seemed to make a persistent issue worse. Causing car to throw a code that helped figure out issue at hand. The re diagnosed and fixed issue and did a warranty claim to help with expenses. Most shops would of up charged for repairs. These folks did not, were very good about communicating and reaching out to see how vehicle is running after a phone call of first repair. And checked again after the final repair. Will go back for routine maintenance and trouble shooting. Very down to earth people and caring shop. Have used in the past and will in the future.

They are always upfront and clear about the state of the vehicle, and are flexible in working with you to get what needs repaired on your schedule. In purchasing a new car, they helped us with pre-purchase questions, what year models are better than others, etc., and then inspected the cars before we bought. We'll keep bringing our vehicles there - trust and confidence are key. Nice folk too!

I had my older plow truck break down on me and Evolution got my truck in right away. They did the research and found the parts although they where hard to find, and got them in and back to me quickly. The whole time they were calling me and keeping me in the loop on the progress. The customer service and quality of work is top notch.
