Thank you so much for getting us back on the road! We limped into town towing our new 35' fifth wheel after loosing our trailer breaks crossing the mountains from Shady Cove, OR towards Bend. Bend was new territory for us. We did not know anyone in the area and we did not know if the problem was the trailer or the truck. It was the trailer with frayed wires. We were referred to Bend Trailers by Tony, his neighboring business who tried helping the previous evening. Nick and his great guy (sorry, I forgot his name) took care of the fix and got us going. We are really appreciative for their knowledge and taking time out to help us. The trailer breaks were fine from then on. Again. THANK

Bend Trailers and specifically Jason really helped me out of a bind! Taking a trailer to Nevada, I realized the hubs needed attention. Jason dropped everything and fixed the issue in no time. Highly recommend!

I called for a quote to fix a damaged fender from when our neighbor borrowed our trailer. I told Nick this was a repair I would be reimbursed for and wanted to know if I should try and hammer the fender, or just replace it. He quoted 200 total for replacement. I told him that was reasonable and let's schedule. Then I spoke to a gal in the office who helped me reschedule the appt the following week......I told her what Nick quoted and she agreed it was pretty close. We picked up the trailer today and the total for the fender replacement was 335.50! A very long way off 200! Nick told me it was a more time consuming job than he had planned, but I would still be responsible for the charges. This was a job I had quoted because I made the neighbor pay for it. Now we are out the extra 135.50! I asked him why he didn't call and ask me before he spent my money and he couldn't say anything other than the standard response...it took longer, and he didn't know what fender it was.....and when I told him repeatedly I purchased the trailer from THEM he asked me when! Why the heck would that matter? It's not even 5 yrs old. If I had been given the choice, I would have hammered the damage and kept the 200 bucks. AND the fender doesn't match the original! I had to pay extra for the sand grip top! The new one doesn't have that!!!!! I told Nick I was embarrassed and disappointed in the way they did business with me.

Bought a new boat and the trailer needed reconfiguring and hubs serviced. They took the time to do it right! Even called the manufacturer to double check. I will be back for all my trailer needs.

Excellent counter help from a gal that knew Exactly what a needed for my horse trailer!! Showed her a picture of the wheel bearing rubber cap and she was back with two caps within a minute!

We purchased a new trailer from them about a month ago and my first time out I thought we had a light issue. Turns out the trailer was perfect and my truck was the issue. They were very friendly and helped me fix the problem quickly with no charge. I at least gave them some cash for lunch and will definitely be back for another trailer someday soon. Thank you!

I was in need of carriage bolts for my trailer. Bend Trailer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only had the parts I needed, but loaned me the tool needed to repair my trailer. I would recommend there friendly helpful service to anyone!
