Was helped by the owner after coming in. Needed a transmission drain and fill with engine oil service. The business owner was one of the nicest staff members I've ever met. Didn't have to wait too long before I could get my car back so the service was fast. The pricing was the real coup de gras, it was overall pretty inexpensive and the waiting area was nice. Would definitely bring my car back here ?”

“I was on a road trip and stopped in at his location driving from Colorado to Washington. I’ve never really had a bad experience with Discount Tire and my experience stays the same no matter the location, but I do want to take the time to leave a review of my experience with the Bend - Discount Tire location. The team and staff were fantastic! Busy, but motivated, polite, professional, prompt, and attentive. I brought my car in to get my tires checked. I had a feeling there was a leak in my front tire. Within half a hour or less they were done! I was quoted a hour. They explained everything to me as they checked my tires. It ended up being my front passenger tire had a hole. Because I bought the tire certificates, I walked out not paying a dime which was nice compared to my recent visit to the Kendall Toyota dealership service team five days prior where I had to take my car in to get checked for a faulty gas cap. Now, that place was a horrible experience. I still don’t understand how I walked out of the Kendall Toyota location paying nearly $200 for a gas cap (side tangent).
To sum up; I couldn't recommend this store/brand and location enough. Highly highly recommend.”
“I had a flat tire on my Porsche and came in to get it repaired. Not only did they repair the flat tire but they identified a slow leak in one of the other tires. They fixed both quickly and did NOT charge me anything! It was so appreciated and they were kind, professional and quick!”

“Just want to give this place a shout out. I didn’t have a vehicle in, but i was helping some kids on the side of the road change a completely mauled shredded tire today. 2 of your employees (i didn’t get their names, but they were younger in age) they were going the opposite direction on 97 headed home after work. They took the next exit, turned around, and finished putting the spare tire on the vehicle for me. I’m a Sales Manager at Toyota, and I was beyond impressed with their work ethic. They were not only off the clock, but proud of where they work and took pride in finishing that up for me. Those 2 guys, deserve some kudos and acknowledgment - it was above and beyond. They didn’t have to turn around at all, but they did. I’m impressed and you’re lucky to have them.”
“Been using them for years on business capacity and now for personal. They stayed open late to swap my front tires out. Nice family owned business. I paid 109 a piece for new tires mounted and balanced. Their used tires are 50-60 a tire. Good place to go if you're strapped on cash and you're supporting local.”

“Bend Costco Tire center was able to get my in for a walk in SUPER last minute. My car was wobbling and I needed a torque check and rebalancing. With only 30 min before they officially closed they were willing to take me because the bolts on my tires were loose. Super thankful for their willingness to take me last minute! I am really glad I went to them for tires.”

Here are just a couple of my trucks they have done. They’ve done probably 6 of my pickups and always so happy. Also dog friendly office that is relaxing and a nice place to hang out or go get tacos down the way while they work on your truck. Beat tire shop in town and locally owned.”
